I hired this company to build a website in 2023. They did not build a website and I never received my money back. After I demanded a refund, they went dark and stopped answering my calls. Now today I get a call from someone at this company saying they are under new ownership and would love to talk about how they can help my business achieve its goals. No thanks.

Adam was the name of the guy I worked with. Do not do business with this company. They upcharge for everything and did not complete the work. Then, they would not answer my calls. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau for what that's worth. It's a total scam.

WARNING! BEWARE! THIS COMPANY WILL UP-CHARGE YOU EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. Steven was so dishonest. He completely turned off our website because he said it was not ADA Compliant. I investigated and discovered over 95% of websites in the U.S. are not ADA Compiant and if you have less than 15 employees or your in a private home ADA Compliance is not mandatory. My entire website has been taken down by Web Engineers - It's GONE! After paying them nearly $3,000 Web Engineers does not return my phone calls.

Horrible company , it’s a bloody scam. I paid 1300 and after they blocked me. I’ll never suggest these guys to anyone and ppl pls stay away from this company. It’s a bullshit. Jared Johnson ,Dwayne etc these guy lie a lot. One person changes his name and speaks as a different person. My final suggestion stay away from these guys.

Terrible company it’s SCAM! They never respond, my website is not working properly, the marketing campaign they offer is a joke and of course absolutely no money back. It’s a totally scam Victor M or claim is de General Administration is a jerk he can’t handle criticism ir any customer service call, have no soft skills or manners whatsoever. After 12 months my business still without a proper email they claim that domains never works

Terrible service—avoid this company at all costs. I've been trying for months to get my website functioning properly, obtain credentials, and receive a tutorial on how to manage it, all with no success. They set up four email accounts for me, but I only needed one, and even that one isn't working—it's constantly down, and I can't send or receive emails.

Their marketing efforts are a disaster. They rely heavily on AI-generated content, using the same template repeatedly, and they post content without my authorization. No calendar or approvals are followed. As for building traffic? All I’ve gotten are fake followers.

This company is a joke. I'm currently seeking a refund, but I've received no response. Stay far away from them.

WEBENGINERS have yet to respond to or address my concerns being the truth matters. Still awaiting my refund and a response from the board on their issues...

Adam Crum, my assigned contact there, is super good and always gets back to me quickly and they make any changes I want quickly. Hired this company in October of 2023, paid thousands to have them create a retail website, after months of back and forth thru email not phone calls since once they get your money they pass you off to a personal website manager who only communicates thru email. Found out later the only person who actually speaks English as their native language is the person who initially sells you the program. Not once did I ever have contact with someone who could speak English that I could understand. They had a very unique accent which was from my experience from Pakistan or India. Anyways they never actually did anything on the website so I tried to get a refund which they said was no issue when I signed up. Well they hung up on me and won't return emails or any sort of communication. Run far away from this scam company and their fake reviews. Lessons learned always do face to face with this stuff. I should have done more research before sending them money. An easy domain search will show they are not from where they pretend to be.

Update: Since leaving this review I have had Trustpilot contact me and flag my review multiple times since Web Engineers LLC has complained to them that my review is harmful to them, apparently saying the words Pakistan, India or Not located in the US is a violation of trustpilot. “As a reminder, your review shouldn’t include words and statements that are likely to cause serious harm to someone’s reputation or serious financial loss to a business” Isn't this the entire point of a review system? To be able to let others know about your experience with said company? So anyways stay away from Web Engineers they are frauds and are doing everything they can to remove my review. They even offered to send me a voucher for future services if I removed this review? Why would I accept a voucher for more non-existent work? They are seriously not that bright, a voucher for services which they never provided in the 1st place? Hopefully this review actually does not get flagged by trustpilot.

He gave me concise instructions. and we are building my site section by section. This experience is much better than any other using software developers. I am very satisfied with their performance.

I love the communication I had from the start. I recommend them. I am very pleased so far. When you call or text they respond quickly. They do not give you a hard time if you want to change things they just do it. Awesome company to work with.

I was searching for a website developer and found webengineersllc and had a chat with one of their sales person Steven. After a brief discussion and negotiation, I signed up with them. Upon confirmation, they immediately assigned a Technical project manager and he collected all the information from me and explained me the process steps theyfollow. He then started working with his extended team. I fortunately got a very good Tech Project Manager. Initially, I was not confident if these guys are capable and reliable but they impressed me with in 2 days. Alex is technically very sound and customer friendly personality. Alex took the lead to explain the areas where i should make changes and also guided me on UX and UI changes. Alex convinced me to give him an opportunity to design my company Logo and he did it very well. I already reviewed my sample website and waiting on the final output. It was really a great experience with these guys and would highly recommend to engage them specially if Alex is around.
