Poor customer treatment
Was directed to them by True Induction.com for a replacement glass top for my cooktop.
When purchasing, I was asked for date of purchase and model number which I provided.
I received replacement glass in a timely fashion only to have received the wrong replacement.
I was asked to pull the cooktop and look on the label located on the back which I did. They sent me a 2023 replacement, and my cooktop is a 2022. Honest mistake, however, the refused to pay for the return shipment which cost me more than half of the replacement top. $59.95!! Shoddy treatment of customers and not taking responsibility for mistakes. They wouldn't even ship the new one until I sent them the tracking information on the return.
