I have been with Webcentral for some time now for domain, simple web hosting and emails. Occasionally I need tech support through chat, which is good. I do prefer to ask for a real person though, as the chatbot is very clinical and does not help me understand what the problem is. Adit from the online chat support service was great and helped me step by step to find the create a second email address, which was hidden behind a non-intuitive convoluted process, that 100% needed Tech Support to make it happen, being:
- "admin Login? You can find it by going to All Products in the sidebar, then clicking the Admin Login; You can now click this menu and select Domain Settings; Once done, you can click the New button to create a new account; Yes, you will need to enter a password for your new email account; To make sure you can use that email service, would you like me to help set up the DNS records for you; Done! I have added the MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to your DNS settings. Kindly allow 1–2 hours for propagation to complete, and you will then be able to send and receive emails using both account"
Webcentral could make this process of setting up email addresses much easier for users.
