I have had the worse experience ever…

I have had the worse experience ever with this company. I had 5 emails hosted with Google Workspace and wanted to switch over to Webcentral. Firstly, you actually can't talk to real person in Migration, everything is through ticket support, secondly, they made a mess of migrating 2 out of 5 emails which were the most important ones for our business, and offered no support what so ever in calling me despite me asking several times for someone to please call me. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY. I have now switched to VentraIP and they were great. Had the migration team on the phone to me walking me through everything with Google, so much smoother.

Xerxes has been patient making sure I received the assistance I required and then after so many failed attempts from my end, Xerxes escalated it referring the case to Adit who finally gave me a different option to try and it was successful. Again, THANK YOU SO MUCH.

I had quite a complex issue - solved!

I had quite a complex issue accessing my website - with some help from Claude I was able to provide some decent information to your tech person Lyuboslav Zdravkov. Lyuboslav was excellent - very clear instructions, very informative at the right level of expertise for me and fixed the issues in about 20minutes. Excellent service.
