In my opinion, they are exactly as indicated by a reviewer previously, with a negative review.
I experienced the same issues, what was advised as being my requirement was not delivered.
After payments made, it became more difficult to contact or recieve responses from them.
I was advised that people who i had dealt with were terminated and Webbyteblitz had closed down. Newcontact advised they were taking over. For my requirements to be finalised i would be required to make additional payments, being GST and other charges totaling over $2600. Webbyteblitz was supposed to be closed and a new company had taken over, but any contact i recieved by email , whattsapp, and phone, were all with contact details that were Webbyteblitz contacts.
Even Website online is still trading and active as Webbyteblitz.
Some people who contacted me
were in my opinion the same person who tried to alter their voice.
Vocal accents appear to be sub asian, but all contacts had english names.
My opinion.... A CON COMPANY. SCAMMERS, AND PEOPLE WHO MAKE PROMISES WITH THE INTENTION TO NOT HONOUR ANY OF THEM.
Over 6 months and no job completed or supplied to me.
I TRUST THAT ALL AT WEBBYTEBLITZ BELIEVE IN KARMA.

I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE, to have any contact with them at your financial peril.

I hired Web Byte Blitz and found myself bombarded by their scam practices, including (but not limited to):
- Added in code a pop-up error to be displayed, pretending to be shown by Google Business, to get paid in order to take it out
- Forging a document as if it had been sent by Australian Human Rights Commission, saying that my page was taken down because I had declined to contract an additional $$$ service from them, to adjust website colors
- Didn't provide me with invoices/ receipts of my payments
- Tried to get me to pay 10% 'taxes' again because you know, they had changed their ABN and now taxes needed to be paid again

They actually started very well, but one day they begun with their tricks and at the end, they delivered me NOTHING, because "I hadn't paid taxes (for the second time)" and therefore "they had to close my project and all money paid will go to waste".

Dig a bit and see by yourself that this company is not registered in Australia, which makes things difficult if you want to complain.

Scammed, Blackmailed a Harassed & Threatened – Avoid Aussies Website Agency / Aussie web shop !

Like all the others yet another very negative experience with Aussies Website Agency.

After months of delays and incorrect work not completing any of my tasks and them all you using fake names Mathew Melloi, Simon Wilson, Paul Rodiguez, Jonus Muller communicating and replying with AI fake email messages.

I have asked for a refund and they have refused, so then I asked if I can have full access to my website and host details they disagreed without giving me any credentials or control of my own site that I have paid for in full.
To make matters worse, their coercion and intimidation tactics have continued by blocking my incoming emails to them and my IP address from blocking me from any communication, leaving reviews and not answering my phone call messages

They are currently being investigated by all relevant agencies.

Web Byte Blitz has a great service and excellent communication and a website the stands out.
