We had a fantastic experience working with William Wilson on our website for Fjords Community CIC.
As a community-focused organisation with a limited budget, it was really important for us to find someone who understood our vision and could work within our constraints — and William delivered exactly that. He took the time to understand what we’re about and made sure the final website reflected our purpose, not just a generic template.
Communication was clear throughout, and he was always open to ideas while offering helpful suggestions along the way.
The end result is exactly what we needed for our first website — professional, clean, and true to who we are.
Highly recommended.
I was contacted because I was allegedly eligible for a free website. Ended up with a poorly designed £1800 website because I needed a e-shop for selling my ceramics. Now they keep calling me for updates which are not cheap obviously. I am since with an average boring website, which is not good for an artist. Be careful with this company. They are after your money and don’t have any ethics regarding small businesses. Very good at luring you into false promises. That’s it.
Over the years I have had no luck with websites. . . .but now I finally feel I've got the website I always wanted!
When I first contacted WebAhead I didn't really expect much - I'd seen a 'build your website for free' offer and was curious.
I spoke to Stacey who was so knowledgeable and helpful. She said she could create me a free website, but the website I was transferring from was quite large so one of their other packages would possibly suit me better.
There was no hard sell, there was no pressure, she answered ALL of my questions (she has the patience of a saint because I had A LOT of questions), and gave me time to think about what I wanted/needed.
We found the right package for me and the process has been so painless (from my side). Stacey and the team have helped me every step of the way, with all the bumps that came along. I was able to communicate via email, phone and text. . . she held my hand every step of the way.
I now have a brand new website that I am SO happy with. It finally does everything that I always wanted it to do, and I know that if I need help in the future that there is a great team behind me.
Thank you SO much. I cannot recommend this service highly enough. ..whether you want a free start up website or one with all the whistles and bells, this is the place to come!

When you come across something that seems too good to be true, it usually is… but not in this case.
Working with Kieran from Webahead has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The level of service, attention to detail, and genuine care put into my website was far beyond what I expected.
Not only was the whole process smooth and stress-free, but the price for what you get is honestly incredible. It’s rare to find someone who delivers both top-quality work and such great value.
I highly recommend Kieran to anyone looking to build a website – you won’t be disappointed.

About this time last year, I began the process of building a website to venture into the world of guided minibus tours. After a year of hard work and a massive life change, the website finally went live yesterday. A friend from the maritime industry put Katie Price from Webahead Internet in touch with me, and she has been there from the very start. In October, after 36 years of sea service, I officially left my career in the maritime industry, which was a massive adjustment. Starting a business in your 50s with a completely blank palette—and no knowledge of business, computers, or websites—was a daunting challenge.
Right from the start, I had to figure out my branding for 'S Math Sin Skye Tours. The logo the designer, Craig, came up with was not originally what I had envisioned; however, it contained every single element I required. If you look at my logo, you have the sun behind the Cuillins, my company name acting as the bridge, and the minibus underneath—it perfectly captures the spirit of Sligachan Bridge, which is the very first stop on my tour. I don’t even understand how Craig managed to anticipate and embody my branding so perfectly, especially since he didn’t even know that was exactly what I was looking for.
The colors in my logo are the same colors as the Skye flag (which was designed by the late Skye Museum owner’s nephew). The Birlinn in the top left represents our maritime heritage, with its five oars representing the five peninsulas of Skye: Trotternish, Waternish, Duirinish, Minginish, and Sleat. The colors represent the three main Clans—the MacDonalds, the MacLeods, and the MacKinnons—and the Skye Camanachd shinty team. The yellow Scandinavian Cross represents our Norse heritage, and the white circle over the Scandinavian cross is the Iona Cross, representing our Celtic and religious heritage. Since the Skye Museum is a fundamental part of my tour, I have a link to it on my website. To the untrained eye, many of these details might go amiss, but these little tributes become the beating heart of 'S Math Sin Skye Tours as I share the culture and heritage of my Island. Katie Price and her talented team of designers and developers have carefully integrated the Skye flag not only into the fabric of the site, but into the foundation as an anchor. The logo and those proud colors are now on my bus, my uniform, and my leaflets which are soon to be distributed.
I am now so happy and excited; I honestly can't believe I have such a professional brand and platform. The proof is in the results—the website went live yesterday and I took my first bookings this morning! Katie Price managed my account, and at times, she has had to manage me. During the transition, I became quite lethargic and unresponsive. Katie Price anticipated my needs with what I can only describe as a ‘maritime mentality’—she possessed the foresight to see that I was struggling with the massive adjustment from sea to shore and knew exactly what I needed before I did. She was constantly pushing the project forward, and she and her team stayed in contact to provide the essential 'kick up the backside' I needed to re-engage. During the final weeks, I was quite particular with the changes as I wanted everything to be perfect; I’d like to say a massive thank you to Katie Price and her team for their patience and technical expertise during that time. The change in myself has been remarkable; I have moved past the uncertainty of leaving the sea and embraced this entire venture with total enthusiasm.
During the website build, I’ve had professional owner-operators—who are my colleagues in the guided minibus tour industry—take a look at the progress. The feedback has been fantastic; even before the launch, they commented on how simplistic and effective the site is, especially the bespoke booking system they built for me. It will be the backbone of my success. Above all, I cannot speak highly enough of just how lovely Katie Price and the entire Webahead team are; every single person I’ve come into contact with has been absolutely wonderful. If you are starting a new venture and feel out of your depth, I highly recommend Katie Price and her brilliant team."

Disappointing SEO and Web Design Experience
My experience with this company was extremely unsatisfactory. I was initially attracted by a persuasive sales pitch, which promised comprehensive SEO management and a full redesign of our business website. Their guarantee of impressive results within just three weeks instilled confidence and encouraged me to proceed with their services.
However, the initial web design delivered by the company was poorly executed and fell far short of my expectations. Despite spending several hours outlining my requirements and clarifying exactly what I wanted, these discussions had little impact on the final outcome. After this disappointing experience, I felt pressured into agreeing to a new design, which resulted in additional costs. Even after nine months, there was no improvement. Despite their continued assurances, I chose to invest further in enhancements to both the website design and SEO services. Unfortunately, these promises proved to be hollow, as no tangible changes were made to the website. Ultimately, I found myself £1,600 out of pocket on top of my initial web design and hosting package, with nothing to show for the investment.
The initial web design provided by the company was poorly executed and failed to meet expectations. We have since reverted to our original website design, which speaks volumes about the quality of their services.
Website Transfer and Final Resolution -
Following our decision to return to our previous service provider, we were notified that a £50.00 fee would be required to transfer our websites. Despite this initial demand, the transfer was completed at no cost to us, with no assistance from Webahead. As a result, we have left the websites developed by them for their disposal.

Used WEBAHEAD in January after seeing an advert posted on Facebook, and got in touch with Demi, she was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and polite, she explained me through the process of the website creation which included domain and emails, the website was published in a day or so with a temporary cover page and within around 10 days the full 5 page website was up and running, a few minor alterations had to be made which were done within 48 hours, I am very happy with the service from Demi. Would definitely recommend to other businesses to use WEBAHEAD.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with the website that’s been created for my business. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, professional and incredibly well organised.
The team really took the time to understand my business and what I wanted to achieve, and they brought it to life better than I could have imagined. The site looks brilliant, feels modern and professional, and truly reflects my brand.
A special mention has to go to Joe Miller – he has been absolutely incredible throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble, he was always quick to respond, extremely helpful, and guided me through everything step by step. His attention to detail and commitment to getting everything just right really stood out.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality, professional website and outstanding service.

Great customer service with personal 1-2-1 support. I went to Webahead with my established business but no website and no idea what I wanted or needed. Their team had the inspiration and patience to guide me through the process, out the other side to a finished product I am really happy with. Human beings actually answer the phone when you call their offices, without a long automated gatekeeping system, which is rare these days. Also, the editing functionality to request/make changes to my site is super easy to use. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and I am a very happy customer. Thank you Webahead :)
