Good experience and customer service
I used Webador to build my website, and overall I had a really positive experience. The platform is incredibly easy to use, even if you don’t have much technical knowledge. Everything is laid out clearly, and I was able to get my site up and running much faster than I expected.
One of the standout aspects for me was how good the final website looked. The templates are modern and clean, and it didn’t take much effort to make everything look professional and polished.
I did run into a small payment issue at one point, but their support team handled it well. They responded promptly and managed to sort everything out within a few days, which I really appreciated.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend Webador to anyone looking for a simple, good-looking website builder with reliable customer support.

Be prepared to be flooded by emails by these idiots! BTW... On each of these emails has an unsubscribe link that doesn't work! Very sad but I had to use words that described of where they came into this world and the fact that that is who they are.. (Ohh the irony!) in order for them to stop sending SPAM! Tossers that use at your own risk! So, the fact that my review is correct and has been flagged as potentiallialy defamotory, yet it is the truth! Trust Pilot - 0 Stars... On the take, 5 Stars, Dishonest 10 out of 5 stars! How can we trust an independent reviewing company when the post is taken down by the company who is being reviewed. Untrust pilot more likely! For now, I sign off and say, you are as corrupt as each other.

The more you work with the site, it becomes easier clearer how & what to do. First I was a little reluctant and I'm computer savvy. But a lot of things I like to work on my iphone. But asking questions & practicing etc makes it all worth it.

Auto renewal and billing concern
Updating my original review to say thank you to the Webador team for rectifying the issue with the auto renewal for the subscription I had. I signed up for Webador for 1 year (in 2025)because it was a great deal and platform for building your own website. Unfortunately I was automatically billed again for the next year (2026)as part of their auto renewal. I did not realiz I eoipd be automatically billed snd had no need for a website any longer, so I was suprised to see my credit card automatically charged for a fill year at a cost of $222. After bringing my concerns to the company about the automatic renewal they have kindly refunded the amount for the year ( that I had no plans to use) Just a word of caution to anyone who signs up, to double check that you are not being billed for an auto renewal yearly if you don’t plan on using continuously. I will say that the platform itself is great, very user friendly, delivering a very professional look for your business. Thank you Webador team for working with me. I really appreciate your assistance.

Hi Keira, thank you for your review. By its nature, Webador is a subscription service, which means your subscription renews on a monthly or annual basis unless you cancel it.
Regarding the renewal, please keep in mind you received a 50% discount on the first year, and your domain name was also included for the first year. For the second year you were billed full price, and you were billed for the renewal of your domain name registration, which Webador incurs costs for on your behalf.
That said, we're happy to confirm we made an exception in your case and issued you a full refund, which will land in your account within 7 business days. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reply to our email. ^The Webador team

Soso, haven't burned me yet, but their mail server is a little wacky: hard to use with gmail. And the site editing features are very limited.

It's misleading and difficult to manage…
They don't have anybody to walk you through it and help you set it up You're just left on your own if you figure it out they say that they offer AI for a certain package and I didn't get the AI package I guess they charge me more and more every month it's just a waste of time and money there's a lot of other web site providers that do a lot less damage to your account and brain cells is just more convenient to go about using a web service or website provider that is more willing to help with people or just starting out and are more engaged in business ethics
