Support email address "support_at_web2application.com" from web2application.com sucks. They do not answer to you. For example you cannot delete web2application-account from webpage and they have no email support. "support_at_web2application.com" is a scam email address, they don't answer at all even if you message repeatedly.
Didn't offer what was pitched, can't ever get ahold of anyone. Yet they continue to keep taking money out of my account. I have tried to cancel this subscription but no response. All I get is a we can't answer everyone.

Web2App needs to be more clear on their website regarding the product they deliver. You DO NOT get a finished product for the iOS. You need an Apple Developer account with access to an Apple app to run their ipa file through in order to develop an iOS finished product - and you better know what you're doing. I demanded a refund since their site was misleading as to the final iOS product; otherwise, if you think you're going to have a finished Apple app, guess again. Out of 5 stars, I give them a 2.

Oscar we are sorry you feel like this but it's absolutely not right.
1. we wrote in our pricing section and in our terms of use that needs to supply developers accounts. if you don't supply us developers accounts, where we will upload the apps?
2. we have a couple of planes, you buy a plan that we build the apps and upload to your accounts, from there you need to continue with apple and google.
We also have the FULL-SERVICE plan that we do all the process for our clients. help them open the developers accounts, make screenshots and approve the apps.
You cant buy chip service and get the full-service.
3. personal advice - if you have some problem with somebody, is better to tell him than go around the net and write reviews. it's not nice and the way, we have great support that may help you...
