This is not directed to weatherford

This is not directed to weatherford, but there Choice of pension company(Aptia)
To whom it may concern I would like to inform you that Aptia is probably the worst company I have had to get anything done, ie release my very small pension which was accrued during my time with weatherford
I have contacted Aptia 9 time over the last 2 months with regards to my pension money being transferred into my account, always get fobbed off with they will escalate it higher & higher & even higher.
I thought I would just want you to know as I’m sure you will have a lot of members and hopefully they will receive better service than I have had.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
