Easy to use and inexpensive. I got Wearsafe because my husband gets nervous when I'm out running alone - this gives him peace of mind and I feel safer knowing that I can call for help if I need it. Would highly recommend to anyone who runs, walks, or hikes.

The wearsafe is easy to get the app and set ever thing set up.

I love the idea of this but, fortunately, I haven't had to use it yet. The only thing I had a problem with was opening the battery cover. And it was confusing to my contacts as to how to connect to me. Perhaps your initial invitation could have specific instructions. If it weren't for those 2 things, I'd give it 5*s without even using it yet.

great customer service...unfortunate my 26 yr old daughter,a 4th grade charter school teacher in DC thought it was intrusive and didn't keep charged. Dropped after six months.

I was notified my credit card had expired on my account. I looked all over the website and the APP and could not find a place to renew it. I emailed the company and they responded by asking me when would be a good time for them to call me. They called when I asked and led me through how to change my credit information.

I wouldn't let my teenager leave the house without this vital safety plan! Love the wearsafe!

We bought Wearsafe for our daughter who is just finishing her freshman year in college. Thankfully the occasion to use it has not presented itself, but the peace of mind just knowing wearsafe is there should she need it, is priceless to any parents. Thanks wearsafe. I liked the idea of having a "panic button" on my person. But, I didn't like the app having to stay launched so that the iPhone could record the seconds before the button push. I felt as if it was a battery hog and chose not to use the app. Which made the button a bit less useful to me. I lost the tag somewhere at home. So I've opted to cancel the service for now. On a good note, it survived a trip through the washer and still worked. Good job, Wearsafe.

I like the app and the tag is now on a chain around my neck. My friend and I are in our 70's and we both bought one. Love it, Customer service responded to my question quickly and with easy to understand directions.

Bought for senior parent. Battery installment difficult for arthritic. Opening and close tool is great idea but not firm enough to open battery compartment. For tech savvy people instructions intuitive but for seniors it is almost impossible to follow.

I can not depend on using in an emergency due to the fact and lose this Bluetooth connection with the iPhone for no apparent reason.

Ordered through kickstart-problem with set up. Emailed. Customer service was awesome. Quick, resolved issue and fixed problem. Ordered for my 86 year old mom-she loves it and feels more secure.

I was not pleased with it. The place i bought it from does not accept returns so i am stuck with 3 that we do not want. College students i bought for donot want them either.

Love the security it provides. One feature that would be great is something that allows my network to be following my gps location for a set time if i wanted to. For example, I notify them I'm going for a run, they can follow me along the way, and I can turn it off at the end that I made it back.

My friend could not get the confirmation email to work. We couldn't figure out how to make anything work. I canceled my account and removed the app from my phone.
