I trail run a lot and am on-call at nights and early mornings. While I have not had to activate my Wearsafe tab alert at this point (I've had it about 3 weeks now), I feel better prepared and able to get in touch with help if I ever need it while out on a run or when I'm on-call going to or from my car. I have recommended it to fellow on-call staff, runners, those in school (college, high school, middle school, etc), those that enjoy the outdoors, and so many other endeavors that your imagination is the limit to when you can have your Wearsafe tab alert with you in your time of need. Highly recommend.

The last thing we did after moving our eldest child, our daughter, into college was to give her the Wearsafe tag and set her network up on our phones. It made the moment of parting in this big transition a bit more bearable because of the feeling of security and connection it gave us.

First class and friendly service. Reasonable pricing although UK customs charge does add to the cost.

There were a lot of issues with my tag, but, Aisling in customer service was persistent in helping me through them. I highly recommend wearsafe.

The wearsafe is a good idea but it is so hard to open the battery compartment door when there is no battery inside. I eventually needed to pry it open with a small screwdriver. I was afraid i was going to break the cover. The suggestion that the clip to open the door needed to be cold seemed weird as even after I put it in the freezer it still would not work. The rubber clip was not strong enough to pull out the cover and the clip would not stay in the slot to be able to pull out the cover. A design change needs to happen to allow new users to be able to get the cover off when there is no battery inside.

The service has been great; fast shipping. The product seems good. The only thing I wish is that the portable button had an on/off switch so I could save battery when I'm not needing the device turned on. When I'm home I don't feel like I need the button device on, but it's always on, and it's hard to take the battery door off the device, so it's a pain to change the battery. I like that the app functions without the button, though. Helpful when the device runs out of battery.

Fortunately I have never actually had to use the Wearsafe device. But very happy so far with the product and idea of the product. Have recccomended to many

Great product only problem it stopped working correctly, would not hold charge from battery. When it was reordered it took too long to get here. I fell broke arm, fx rib and very bruised on face and left side. Was difficult to reach him family as new wearsafe was being shipped to me. Took way to long to reach me. You need faster service for replacement,!!

I took a survey regarding contacting emergency services.

I thought it was hella fly. Beyond the original concept being super they included questions about how to use it and if the person should be contacted.

Y'all take this very seriously and are really thoughtful. So glad I bought one.

My friends and I are in our 70's. We love the price and the way the program is set up. We clearly understand what to do. When I had a question about adding my son, I got a call the very next morning. Great service. She was extremely professional and made me feel at ease. My friend and I are very happy.

So far I like the wearsafe. I received good customer support.

My Wearsafe fob couldn't have been simpler to set up and use! I love the added security it gives me. I do wish it had an on/off switch to save the battery life. Batteries need to be changed too often, but all in all the fob and the app are very easy to use. The wonderful training proveded really helps you understand and utilize all of the features. I am thankful Real Source found this option for us and paid for our first year. Though it is a very affordable option that I will to continue to use. I am excited to see what new features you come up with!

I had a problem with the wearsafe unit sent to me. The company immediately sent me a replacement unit and they answered my questions. Great job Wearsafe. I recommend this product to everyone, especially women that may be alone from time to time even if you are in a relationship. Great product, well executed.

You have good product but expensive delivery .

Great addition for our Health and Safety team

Wearsafe is awesome! Each of our daughters has had their own Wearsafe buttons for 2 years now. It helps them feel safe at all times. When the alarm is triggered, we all get immediate text and emails and can see the location where it was triggered and get an "audio file" capturing the sound in the vicinity. Perfect!

On the rare occasions when they've mistakenly triggered a "false alarm", we are all in the loop getting the warning, but with audio file quickly gives us assurance that it was a mistake (i.e., we hear normal sounds in the classroom in the background -- no danger signs). Then we quickly resolve the issue with a few text messages to clear it up.

We just bought another Wearsafe for my 94-year-old mother as well. She previously had a LIfeAlert button, but we had several false alarms and the central station has rules that they MUST call 911, even when we were certain it was a false alarm and she was just napping. On one occasion, paramedics were at her apartment door with a battering ram about to break the door down when we were finally able to get her attention and she came to open the front door -- averting a near disaster. Now with Wearsafe, if we think there is truly a critical situation, one of her kids can call 911 with our own judgment rather than a call center person we don't know. Thank you Wearsafe!
