Ordered Caps at this company

Ordered Caps at this company. Tracking went fine, packaging is good. However when I unpacked the cap I was shocked. First of al the print on there isn't embroidered as shown on the photos on the website. No its printed and it's not even printed straight, not even centered the right way. It's very bad quality to ask 39,99 for. I got another one on the way, they were shipped separately also strange but okay. I'm scared of what that'll look like.
