These people are nothing but a bunch of fraudsters!! They don't know how to offer proper customer service; it seems like it's a bunch of teenagers sitting behind a screen and ignoring your WhatsApp messages. They will never exchange/refund your goods!!!
This company has the WORST customer service I've ever experienced in mi life!!! I ordered a Ralph Lauren style quarter zip sweater from them, however I wasn't satisfied with it's quality. Therefore I request a refund, and since the past 12 (!) days they have not provided ANYTHING except the responses "we will update you soon" and "we have forwarded your complaint"!! This brand is a MAJOR RED FLAG, do not buy from them!!!!!
