I do love the aspect of it being entirely refillable! I don't find it very nourishing/hydrating but works great after doing a lip scrub and hyaluronic acid treatment sealing in the moisture. Its a bit more wax-y than I like. But if your lips are hydrated and need to keep in the moisture its great. But I LOVE my case, I will still use it often just more of a maintenance use rather then if my lips are dry. (But also stay hydrated regardless of chapstick or not). Overall: 5 star packaging Only giving 4 stars because it's on the waxier side for what its described to be. Works great paired with other products.

I really like that the lip balm tube cap screws on, and the balm doesn't advance into the lid like other lip care brands. It is a little expensive, but I haven't used hardly any of the product.
