I am a new T/ALA customer and already in love with the brand. The products are such great quality and a great price point if you can get them during sales! My new hoodie is the perfect fit and my new fave by far! And the leggings are so buttery soft but hold up well and are flattering.
I had to exchange my legging size and this was done super easy and quickly so great to know for future purchases!! I also had to reach out to customer support for guidance on cleaning an item and they were super quick, helpful and friendly.

My experience with Jade at customer service was excellent. Kind, swift, and generous, I was very impressed with how helpful customer service was and how speedily everything was sorted. And they gave me a special exception for my exchange item which was completely gratuitous! Would definitely recommend this company.

I planned on ordering just over a week ago, I immediately started getting promotional emails and texts at LEAST once and up to 4 times a day! I've tried unsubscribing and opting out but they're still going, I had to blacklist and block.

Just ordered a Sports Bra on sale for €23 + €7 for shipping. The Bra is TINY and doesn't fit me so I started a return process until I realised return fees are not included and cost €13 so I would only get €7 back! I think that is unacceptable and I will never buy anything on this site ever again! It was my first and last buy!

The returns portal wouldn’t work so I contacted tala on instagram, I am very happy with how my exchange was dealt with. The item was a gift and had been bought with discount, they made sure I could keep the discount despite it not working on the returns portal. Very easy to deal with and saved so much hassle!

Placed an order on the 3rd January, it was dispatched 3 days later, and I still haven’t received it. It’s currently in customs, not at the destination either so it’s likely to be another few days before receiving it. (Which would be 4 weeks after placing the order) Have had no contact from the company or emails communicating delays etc.. very poor.

Emily was super helpful in rectifying a missing parcel that was not delivered by the courier. Super responsive and professional investigating the enquiry and ensuring i recieved my order. Thanks so much!

I had a missing item from my order. I was worried I would just be offered a refund as I had purchased the item in the sale but it was now back to full price. I used the live chat to speak to Jason, I sent him some pictures of the package and he ordered me a replacement top straight away. Dealt with the original issue very quickly and no hoops to jump through

Items are of amazing quality, customer service responds to emails within 48 hours and is always so helpful!
