Very unprofessional, take money without telling you what its for. Very unhelpful, leave people in financial hardship by taking every penny without informing them before hand.

Worst exspreance ever with these cowboys they take money from you without even telling you and after contacting them they say that they can do it and don't need to explain or provide an invoice for the money taken. Koala didn't do anything for me apart from take my money stay well clear absolute fraudsters

They seem to have a lot of fake reviews here, take a look at their google reviews for reality.
Scammed out of £24 a week while being forced to use their services via Flow Group ltd. Paid £96 a month (4x as much as other accounting services) to still have to do all the accounting myself. They offered to file an end of year tax return but if you stop paying before that time you essentially receive no service for you payments. Not sure how they get away with this.

Swapped over to these guys for my Ltd company and personal tax and it’s been great. Good value accounting and always available when I need help and advice

taking money from business account when no invoices were cleared. very unhelpful on direct contact with no positive advice. when it was pointed out that they had done something other than what they agreed to, the answer was to close any communication with me. not a company to do any kind of business with I hope you enjoy the money you removed from my business account without doing anything for it. NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYBODY, IT WILL BE POSTED ON MEDIA PLATFORMS

This company doesn't not give explicitly information about what has to be done incase you don't need their service any more. After finishing with a job they resumed to take money out of my account even though I did not submit any invoices and I was told that I should have used my common sense and contracted them to cancel my account. They are now refusing to refund me with the money they took out as it will cause them loss.

Just take money they not bothered about you at all

Poor communication! No follow-up. Expensive service for very little value if any! Everything seems to revolve around one person! Very disappointing!
