My order was not complete because I could not download the digital patterns.
I contacted customer support via e-mail and tried via website, but no answer. Finally, after posting a negative review, I immediately received an answer with a download link. Unfortunately the purchase was an advent calendar, and the whole experience is depending on timing, which now is compromised.

I ordered the advent set and it was not at all as it appeared online and a huge disappointment. I’ve reached out via contact several times and recieved no response and the return window is 14 days. I’ve been a customer for years and never had a bad experience but this is very bad!

They make it virtually impossible to return an order. I requested a return label and it’s literally been days since I submitted my request. There isn’t a person to speak with just an AI bot telling me that they will respond to my request in 48hrs? The return policy is 14 days and I am concerned that the time will expire before I can return my item. I was considering reordering another color yarn but this process has been so horrible, I’ll be ordering from another yarn site in the future.

4 stars, as I love the yarns and the products associated with the brand, however, the instructions are not easy to follow for first timers, thankfully there is Youtube. Another issue I have, the delivery fees are high, so I rarely buy from you, but when i do I make sure the prices are worth it.

There was only 1 instead of 3 balls of wool. When I wrote to customer service, and asked for the 2 missing ones to be sent to me, I received only one again which was not very helpful either. Of course, it can happen that packages open during the way of delivery but to send a wrong number of wool a second time is quite disappointing.

I order the Tupelo Kit on the train back from a holiday in India, so it would arrive once I'd finished emptying my case.
Sadly DHL didn't deliver it and eventually rang and told me I had given the address details.... This was annoying as they'd held it up for 6 days and of course I know my own address.
When I contacted WAK, the lovely Candelaria, was on the case immediately, and has followed up at every step. So a big thank you to her. I can't say how beautiful the hand painted sprinkles yarn is, like knitting with a cloud!

I ordered a kit in XXL, but received a pattern without that size and the wrong amount of yarn (1 vs 8). After sending in an email, I was sent the correct pattern and the missing yarn. But I am still left feeling like I didn't matter to them, and I don't know if they updated the website to correct this issue. Also considering the yarn skein amount is the same for XXL/XXXL and the XL kit, I have a strong suspicion that I am going to run out of yarn. So the yarn is great, but I would say for now avoid any patterns outside the straight "typical" sizes.

I was sent the wrong needles and no instructions. The wool was not high quality as I expected and it was way overpriced. I wrote to customer service regarding the incorrect needles and instructions and have not had a response.

When I ordered my Beautiful sweater I failed to see color options. I wanted white yarn but it’s been out of stock for several months. I obviously missed the other color choices and did not understand the system. Nor is it explained on the site. This is important. You are new to us and therefore are not aware of what circuls and squares mean. Therefore I received an anticipated order in a color totally different and not liked at all. You need better communication between you and your customers.
You’ve taken the internet by storm and it’s very exciting. Expensive but exciting. And at your prices you should be offering free shipping.

I have been trying to access my 15% for new members for weeks, missing out on several yarns I wanted to purchase because I wanted to use the promised discount. I finally got the discount yesterday but all the yarns I wanted to purchase were "sold out."
I also emailed them a couple of weeks ago looking for a pattern for a hooded unicorn bacalava that was posted on Pinterest that was supposed to be for free on their website which it wasn't, in fact there are several other posts that link to their website for free patterns and the patterns are no longer available. Still haven't gotten a response to my request as of today 11/19/25.

I think the platform is difficult to use. I gave both my phone & email and didn’t figure out how to get the discount code promised. I gave up, and will shop elsewhere.

I love the yarn, the shop was fast to get it shipped, but shipping to Denmark is horrible because they use GLS, who are expensive and they never deliver the packages, so wont be coming back. Hoping they will change to DAO, Bring or something else, other than GLS, so I can get some more beautiful yarn!

I haven’t made the sweater yet but the kit arrived quickly with everything needed. The materials are excellent and when I wasn’t able to open the pattern download, the customer service rep emailed the pattern to me instead.
