Hi, I love using bristle toothbrushes! They are not as large/long as others so are more comfortable in my mouth. I love the different colours too, thanks so much.

Toothbrush feels nice and it is handy to have a regular order, which always arrives on time. Good value for money and the staff are friendly, polite and helpful.

Easy to order. Good communication and very pleased with the product.

Great service. I would like more colour choices though, bit bored of Blue and Pink, the Green is a nice change but I hardly get that one.

I used to love this company, but I can no longer log in- apparently there is no login on any of my email addresses, yet I still get charged for the subscription. I have sent 4 emails and 2 Instagram messages in the past month trying to get them to cancel my subscription since I can't do it myself (cancel anytime they say). Not a single response, my latest issue has been sent and the money taken from my account, but no response from the team at all. I don't even live at the address they're sending to anymore so at this point I'm just getting money taken from me for something I'm not even recieving.

For the love of god learn how to respond to customer emails.

Price increased with no forewarning so I intend to cancel subscription on principle

Beyond getting used to the feel of bamboo instead of plastic there isn't a lot to say.it does the job and saves a bit of plastic from going to landfill.

Shipping took over a week. Which is pretty poor for a couple of brushes and some floss.

I look forward to my new toothbrush every 3 months! Bristle has always been straightforward. I put my brush order on automatic renewal when I first ordered and have never thought about it since!
I get my upcoming order email, my dispatch email and my brush in the post without fail every time. I appreciate the notice via email and the brushes are great! All the packaging and the product itself are fully recycleable too.

very glad I found this company as the use of plastic is terrifying! Our Household is vegan and as Biodegradable as possible! This includes nappies! We were so pleased as the dental floss is neat in a small travel sized container,plastic free, and biodegradeable ! \Its a win win situation and works so well !

I have been using Bristle for well over a year probably closer to 2 years. 2 brushes every 2 months. I don't even need to think about it. 1st time so far, this month it went wrong. Only 1 arrived. I sent Bristle a message on Facebook messenger and another was dispatched. Arrived the next day. I didn't have to look for account numbers or payment details, just 1 Facebook message, BOOM problem sorted.
