Dodgy item, returned and they refuse to refund as they wont collect parcel from PO

Ordered item and they fold up and don't sit properly. was offered a 30% refund for my complaint. said I wanted to return for full refund, paid postage to return to China!
Tracking shows parcel sitting at local PO and they refuse to collect it saying it must be delivered to them for them to process refund. Aust Post have advised they cannot deliver as the local post office has it.
so i have no product, $150 out of pocket and the items are sitting near the business but they refuse to collect.
disputed card transaction and business said i never reported to them it was faulty. Continuing to dispute but totally say this company is a SCAM.

Wear Curves - Sizing & delivery issues

I purchased 2 items which I thought was not very cheap at all.
I received a message that the items have arrived (2 weeks later).
The size was crazy small, even though I went according their size chart and did exact measurements.
Initially the customer service person was good to respond and offered a replacement which I still had to pay for. I though this was a bit rude after the mistake was on their side.
The item was posted but not received. When asking them about it they were unable to tell me the delivery details or courier name.
I checked our neighbours camera to the time the delivery notice was sent, but there was no delivery to my postbox over an hour before or after the that time frame. When telling the customer service person this, they supply a form with a "proof of delivery" which doesn't mention time of delivery or photo or anything. This was then taken over my word and told "sorry".
I think this is the worst service ever and probably even a scam if I look at how many people are forced to contact them and ask for "the correct size".

Return to China cost

The bra I bought, after washing the internal padding twisted, it was very difficult to get back into shape. This wasn’t me clear when purchasing.
You need to check the returns policy because there doesn’t seem to be one on the website and when you try and return, they’re going to get you to pay the cost to China

Customer service has been really great

Customer service has been really great. 1st purchase was too small, got immediate reply by email and replacement. Decided to order another at the same time. When they arrived they were still too small, the replacement was mistakenly the same size. They have now after a bit of back and forth sent larger replacements for both. It takes a while to arrive as they come from China. As for quality, Im happy with it. Although i havent worn them yet. Perhaps I'll update this review when I receive them. Its not a scam company. I think the previous bad reviews are unfair.

Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish - if not a scam. I ordered 2Xl and was too small. I had to pay additional $17 to get a larger size. when is came really no difference to the 2XL. Didn't fit any different (although 3Xl was written on it) . Didn't fit like in the photos - Nova Jelly bra.
Total waste of money. I even tried removing the removable filling and totally no difference. BIN JOB.

Very difficult to return product

Very average product, bra hard to put on and very plasticy feeling. Before they would tell me anything about the returns procedure I had to explain what I didn't like about the product then send them a photo of the product and then they offer me a 30% refund and then only then would they send me the address to return to which was in China. In the endit was too expensive to return products to China and I took the 30% refund

Wrong item sent.

Wrong item sent.
They sent me the wrong item. It did not match the description on the site. The internal cups had a smudge on them. The item was sent from the UK but I have to return to China. I have to pay for shipping although they sent the wrong item andit was damaged. They said I won't receive a refund until they get the item.
