Wealthy Parent Guide helps UK parents reduce childcare costs and improve tax efficiency - often saving families £10,000 per year on nursery fees. Our digital guide and video calls walk you through every childcare scheme and tax break you may be entitled to - not just the well-known ones like Tax-Free Childcare and 30 hours free childcare, but also options many parents don’t realise exist. We support families that earn £100,000+ that are affected by the loss of childcare support and higher effective tax rates. Most don’t realise how much they’re overpaying - or what they could do differently. We make it simple to understand how your income, pension contributions, and adjusted net income impact childcare costs, tax paid, pension contributions and your overall financial position. Our platform shows you what options are available, what steps to take, and how much you could save - without the jargon. It’s fast, clear, and built for busy parents who don’t have time to dig through complex rules. Ultimately, it helps you keep more of your hard-earned money - whether that shows up as more cash today, lower nursery costs, or more invested for the future.

Saved a few thousand pounds - great service!

Wealthy Parent Guide has shone a light on childcare financial support and how best I can access this. The government makes this so clunky and difficult to sift through, where Wealthy Parent Guide has made this much more transparent and accessible - we have saved a few thousand pounds! Highly recommend!

A colourful version of government…

A colourful version of government website is the best way to describe this... like others have said! And in fact with AI, like ChatGPT and Gemini, you get better information because you can at least give some context for your personal situations.

I paid £24 for this and all I got was identical information with green or red checkboxes confirming whether I was eligible or not given certain criteria... Instead of saving money on childcare, I've thrown away £24 that could have gone towards days out, books or toys for my kids.

Oh and you also had the pleasure of waiting on the edge of your seat for 3 days... Such a shame that these kinds of companies exist.

Hi Naz,

Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback – although we're sorry to hear you felt disappointed.

First off, we’ll be issuing you a full refund. We stand by our 30-day money-back guarantee and never want anyone to feel they’ve wasted money.

That said, I want to offer a bit of clarity. While our guide does cover government schemes (with clear eligibility checks to cut through the jargon), it also includes more advanced features – like accounting strategies that can significantly reduce your net nursery costs. However, not everyone sees every feature, as the experience is tailored to your personal details. In your case, it’s possible that the more advanced options weren’t relevant to you – and therefore didn't display in your guide.

We’re a small team of parents who built this after struggling with the system ourselves and we’re doing our best to make something genuinely helpful, fast, and human.

Thanks again for your honest review – and we hope the refund at least buys the kids those books or toys.

Warm wishes,
Mat

Easy way to save money

I always felt like there must be something I could do about our insanely high childcare costs, but the whole thing felt intentionally difficult. The guide showed us how we could manage our costs better and we are saving hundreds! What to wait 1 week for our FA call, hence 4* review. Helpful product and service though.

Excellent Guide, provided the clarity we needed

The guide was great to cut through the noise and clearly outline what options were available to us for government support with childcare given our earnings, particularly given that our financial circumstances are more complex than the average person.

I've got a 3 year old and a 11 month baby

I've got a 3 year old and a 11 month. The 11 monther is going to nursery soon and my wife and I seam to have constant discussions about money or lack of it. The frustrating thing is that between us we earn a lot of money. However the combination of higher mortgage payments +£1k a month plus 2 children in nursery c£1500 is a lot of extra money to find. In terms of the guide we are super keen to find a way to find a way to reduce our monthly outgoings and the guide as given us confidence that we can do this by being smarter with how we access schemes like tax free childcare. I do feel that we could still do with talking to someone as our situation is kinda complex so would have given them 4.5 if that was an option. But for the money its a great product.

Waste of time

You pay £29 for a colorful summary of a government webpage. This is not a guide to anything other than pretty straightforward tax rules. The label "wealthy parent guide" is also entirely misleading - if you are inelgible for government funding for childcare, this company will charge you £29 to confirm that fact. It is not a strategy/guide to minimising/offsetting nursery fees. Don't be duped like me - it's pointless

Hi RK,

I’m really sorry to hear that you felt disappointed with your purchase. Our aim is to show parents all the ways they can save on childcare in a comprehensive yet simple guide, with tools and calculators to help them make informed decisions.

The guide is designed specifically for high-earning families who are often excluded from the most obvious schemes, but may still be eligible for thousands in savings through lesser-known routes. In fact, it’s common for parents to reduce their nursery fees by £1,000 to £2,000 per month using the strategies included.

We also include a free financial advice call with an FCA-regulated adviser, who can help you explore your options.

That said, we never want a customer to feel they didn’t get value — so if you’d like a refund, we’re happy to arrange that. Just email us at support@wealthyparentguide.com.

We’d also love for you to take part in our customer research programme to hear more about your experience and understand what happened in your case, so we can keep improving the guide. Parents who take part are compensated for their participation.

Paid for regurgitation of the government childcare website. Waste of money.

Edit: I did email them to express my dissatisfaction before writing this review, and at no point did they offer me my money back. We went back and forth without a constructive conclusion.

Hi Michelle,

Thanks for your feedback — I’m sorry we didn’t meet your expectations. The guide does cover the main government rules, but it goes much further, including the grey areas and strategies high-earning parents often miss.

This is especially useful for high-earning parents who often get conflicting or unclear answers online.

We built it to save hours of research and help families make confident decisions — and many have saved thousands on nursery fees as a result.

That said, if you didn’t get value from it, we’re happy to refund you. Just drop us a line at support@wealthyparentguide.com. We have a no questions asked refund policy.

We'd also love you to join our customer research programme, so we can learn where we could have done better for you, and improve the guide for other parents. Parents who take part are compensated for their time.
