Not professionals. They don't meet the high standards of professionals. You can't trust your capital there. Maybe a little sum of money just for fun.
No serious customer support.

Stay away, they are scammers! 2 days to deposit money by Apple Pay and zero customer support!

I have been trying to get help to access my account for over three months now. I originally emailed customer support on 21st September, and followed up on 29th September, and again on 14th October. In desperation I emailed Alex Christodoulakis on 28th October explaining that I was getting no response from his customer service team. It is now the end of December and I have not had a reply to any of the messages. In the interim, they keep sending me automated marketing mails.

I started using Wealthyhood in August 2025, and so far, the mobile platform has been excellent. I would love to see a login option available on the website as well , more security options etc . I can see that new features are gradually being added, and the platform is already at a very good level. Well done :) keep up the great work!

This makes investing very interesting and super easy.

I love being able to set up my ETF portfolio and see my investments neatly spread across my targets.

There are so many helpful guides contained within the app too. Very pleased and will continue my investment journey here.

The company fairly new the customer service is good but if the platform gets busy in the future I'm sure they will need more staff.

Otherwise the service is ok except they don't do instant trades and they don't do a ISA and the etf range is very limited.

Also no in species' transfers if you want to move your stock to this company.

Otherwise great for beginners .

if it was available in Romania it would be perfect, we are quite fierce investors on various platforms!I am very curious about the functions offered by you and I am looking forward to the launch in several European countries including Romania :))) I like it being a minimal investment, which many platforms don't have! we also see diversification, I'm looking forward to it!!Good luck and we are waiting for you all over Europe including Romania!
