Cannot hold a connection, constant repair on every use, even to its own remote. Kills the mood as not part of your night, you’ll spend your life re-pairing.
It’s a good idea executed apaulingly - for the amount of frustration this will cause you, you might as well use the cheap replicas from China as their apps and controls are equally terrible.
Extortionately overpriced, and the fact that reviews now are exactly the same as five years ago, shows they placed no value on development or customer retention and just flipping units.
The second star is purely for the fact these are quite quiet in comparison to others.

Delivery service kept me well informed…
Delivery service kept me well informed via email. The item itself works, but unfortunately, the app is the biggest issue. We have trouble keeping the connection for a extended period of time, we lose connection almost everytime time we pair up and sometimes the app just kicks one of us off midway through. Disappointing because of the amount of money spent.

No issues receiving the item. I’d say the quality of the vibrator is mid tier -I’ve had better and worse. So solid for the cost
Not the best quality/poor customer service
Not only does it take a long time to get a response (or no response) from We-Vibe's customer service if you have a question about a toy, but the toys I had gotten had connectivity issues and overall just couldn't even make me feel good or finish. Totally unsatisfying and disappointing, will be avoiding this company in the future. Just go with Lovense instead.

Useless
Bought the Moxie+ solely for its long distance features. However this does not work at all, keeps disconnecting and when it connects for a second it freezes the second partner tries to control via app. Because of this the product (which is expensive) is useless to us. Tried all the troubleshooting options, with no luck. When reading reviews online it seems this har been an ongoing issue for many years but we-vibe is not fixing the problem. Worth looking into other options for long distance play.

Fastc efficient service
No cancellations for fraudulent orders.
This is, quite literally the worst company that I've had the misfortune of ordering from in this decade. Their ordering system experienced a backlog of some sort while I was placing an order and their system told me that my order failed, so I waited 10 minutes and tried again. In that 10 minute window I received no confirmation email, no charge on my bank account, and an error message on the computer screen telling me that my order had failed. Ten minutes later I tried again, using Google Pay. Miraculously, that order went through perfectly. And then I received a confirmation for the first order. Now customer service says they don't offer cancellations, and I have to wait until the orders arrive and return them if I want a refund. This should not be allowed in the modern era, and I will never do business with these people again. Great way to ruin the holiday season - lie to customers about the success of their orders so you can steal money from them and refuse to honor cancellation requests.

No customer service, no cancellations allowed, processing broken
We were attempting to purchase a single replacement charging cable. The payment processessing system stalled out FOUR times. We finally got one order to go through using a phone and Google Pay, but ten minutes later all of the other orders made it through and we were charged for all of them. I cancelled immediately, using the contact us form, and the AI, and a direct email, but all of the duplicate orders shipped early today. I sent more cancellations immediately, but the automated emails say it'll be 5 - 7 business days before they even bother to reach out, by which time we will have recieved the item. There is no phone number for this company, and no way to speak with an actual person, so we will be charging back the order. We are unwilling to pay for four copies of an item due to broken payment processing systems. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU DON'T VALUE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

No communication...
Order taken and paid for then.... Nothing! Two weeks later and I've tried email, Instagram no replies. Tracking link in email broken. Tracking from website states order in process. Also that orders placed cannot be cancelled! Going to give it another week before contacting PayPal to obtain refund.
They are quick enough to send marketing messages and this review request...I can't review a product I've not received!
EDIT After my reply to the email below. I confirmed with them that I'd still had no refund and had to wait while they investigated. I did get my refund but had to leave this review to get their attention! I would not recommend this company
