Kate is Fantastic! I struggled to run any distance before signing up with her in January, but following her plan got me through the London marathon yesterday! I really enjoyed the progress I made in Angela’s sessions. Her advice was invaluable in my marathon training. Because of Angelas coaching I now really focus on my stance and arms when I run, and use counting and mind games to keep me mentally strong too!! I wouldn’t be running my marathon without her!

Incredible coaching: Jan Lavis
I started working with Jan because my running was in a rut and I knew I needed someone to help me be more focused in my training.
Since Jan’s been coaching me I have seen an exponential improvement in my running in everything from 5k to 100miles. There’s not only been a massive improvement in my performance and results, but also my mindset. I now go into every race (no matter what distance) believing that I will run well because I have trained well.
Before I was coached by Jan I had never achieved places in the top quarter of any races, but this has changed and I’ve had three top three finishes in trail ultras and numerous PBs.
Jan looks at the big picture for training but is completely focused on you as an athlete and an individual.
There is no doubt that without this approach I would not have completed the Centurion 50mile Grand Slam, let alone got a third place finish in WW50, and second place female in the Grand Slam overall.
The best thing above all else is the care than Jan shows. She’s got genuine investment in her athletes: she gives feedback after every run and race so you know where you’re at. She is quite simply an incredible coach!

Booking a running coach through We Run was one of the best decisions I made. It was easy to do and I was put in touch with a coach local to me.
Angela was fantastic. I learnt so much about how to improve my running technique. We built things up week by week to improve my breathing and my posture and then worked on my fitness and speed.
I can’t recommend Angela highly enough whether you’re just starting out or want to improve.

Great runners MOT with Kate
Kate was great. She really helped me to understand how I can improve my running technique to make my running more efficient. She gave me some drills to do which I have found really helpful. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the session.

Marathon Coaching
Great experience using We Run, the initial booking process was simple to use. Lee, the coach I was paired with has been fantastic, each session has been well thought through to build speed and endurance over the training program completed. With the coaching and guidance I received I was able to achieve the goal I set out to reach at the beginning of the training. I would recommend We Run and particularly Lee.
A really great session to get back into running
Caroline provided a great session from warm-up, looking at my running, to cool down.
The MOT report, including photos, provided a great reminder of all the useful information/feedback provided in the session.
Can't wait to book another session in a few months time.

Great plan for 21 mile race, easy to follow . Though still uncertain how coaches are able to devise a personal plan without looking at past running statistics. Nevertheless happy with the assistance I received
I've been running on and off for 35…
I've been running on and off for 35 years. I came back to the UK, fat from lockdown and struggling with motivation.
In the first year it must have been super hard for Coach Kelvin as I'd refuse to run, insisted on walking, and ignored his programme. Last year was a lot better and we racked up a lot of miles, ran the Alps and would have done the Spine, apart from a pesky rotting wound in my leg.
We Run has given me a coach who works with me to help me achieve my rather idiosyncratic running dreams. It's amazing how the presence of a coach lurking in the background increases the number of sessions I do, and, just as importantly makes me sit back and not do sessions that I shouldn't.
Some of the best money I spend each year goes to We Run. (The rest to Salomon, Montane and train tickets to the hills)
Graeme helped me beat 90 minutes
Graeme has been a great help. My goal was to go sub 90 minutes at a half marathon and although I'd gone close before I knew to find that extra 1% I'd need some pro help. He kept me motivated and came up with a training schedule to push me but not push me too much to aggravate my sore Achilles. I ended up going sub 90 and without Graeme's help that wouldn't have happened. Thanks Graeme.

The best coach to teach technical skills
Sophie was the best coach to get me started in running! She was excellent in watching how I run and showing me simple tweaks to ensure I don’t hurt myself. A real coach vs someone who just happens to be a runner and has no experience teaching!
