Definitely scammers! They constantly charged my mom more and more to move her bedroom from my house in Florida to Illinois and then they stole all of her stuff. Please do not go through these people!!! She gave them $3,000 cash!!! Which was stupid in itself and then they tried to charge her another $2k to move it to the state she was moving to. 3 days after the her stuff was already supposed to be at her new place!! Smh. They just got worse and worse! Please please don’t go through them! I’m putting them on blast to every social media place I can. I do not want anyone to go through what my mom is currently going through because of these scammers.

Scammers please be aware they will take every penny you have. They only take cash. They will charge you triple the price. I got charged 2000.00 extra because a box spring was over the allotted size charge 300.00 to put glass in 2 crates. What they were was boxes wrapped in tape. I'm to upset to go on. I could go on for an hour telling you how crooked this company is. Please pay a little more to get your stuff moved it will be cheaper in the long run

We moved at the end of 2019, and over the subsequent years have noticed missing items that were packed, but never made it to our new home. It was bad enough, the rough treatment our possessions took with several items being outright broken, but to realize that whole boxes came up missing is too much. It has taken us a long time to realize that things are just gone!

I will never us We Move U again. Unprofessional, uncaring company. There dispatcher Daisy is rude, and lies. Steve great salesman but his company is terrible. This was my first move with a company so I had concerns. This company hardly gives you direct answers, you get two different phone calls and wonder who is telling the truth. Example the day of pick up the wanted to come early. 3 hours earlier than the time they told me. When I told them I wasn't available at the time, Daisy told me then I would have to wait until the following week. I explained to her that is unacceptable because I was leaving the next day driving from NY to Las Vegas. Daisy threatned me with a cancellation fee, the nerve. After going back and forth she finally said the drivers will be there tonight. Steve called me later telling me the drivers will now not be there until the next day. After pickup I called to set up a date of arrival. Did not hear from Daisy until the next week to inform me my stuff had not left NY yet.I waited another week still did not hear from them .Finally got a hold of Steve a week and a half later and he told me my stuff was in route the truck broke down. I wanted to clarify this so I could know when to be available but the company including Steve now did not return any of my calls.

The three men were very professional and careful. They had a good sense of humour and were punctual, professional and diligent. I highly recommend them!!
