I'm not knocking their stock
I'm not knocking their stock, it may well be top notch but Customer service needs to be addressed.
I ordered a bottle trolley, ok it was on Amazon and I chose the delivery day. WBK use DHL, who sub contract to APC and no one reads or gives information to the other. To be expected, tried to deliver a day early, no one home so Carded. Then tried the day after my requested day, same issue. I spoke to APC and they were not interested, they fulfilled their contract with DHL. I have since spoken to WBK Customer service, thinking they wanted to keep the sale but unfortunately not the case. More than happy to refund my money.
Their loss, just ordered same thing from a competitor with delivery as requested. Be aware of WBK respecting their contracted couriers rather than help the Customer.

Dreadful customer service
I purchased some Stolzle glasses from WBK via Amazon. We also bought some of these as gifts. The glasses were claimed to be dishwasher safe. However, although we have had them a few years, they are rarely used but have started to go cloudy. I contacted WBK via Amazon and at first they said that they did not supply the glasses. When they accepted that they had supplied the glasses they asked for photographs of the problem - which I supplied. Since then, despite repeated requests, WBK have not responded. No apology, no explanation at all, no response. This is very poor customer service.
