While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. It works

We manage multiple clients with a team of five, and the biggest issue was that conversations lived across personal devices with no central control. Wazzup changed that-WhatsApp, Telegram are all in one shared inbox, deals are created automatically, and I can see response times for every manager. The mobile app works well for staying on top of things when not a desk. Pricing is on the higher end compared to alternatives, but the visibility it gives over the team’s work makes it worth it for us

The cost of $36 a month is a scam

The cost of $36 a month is a scam, they charge 100s of times more for each message than if you were a direct WABA customer. Our broke and they could not fix it, we sent screenshots of a button that was red, They asked for a video! Like a button not doing anything would has assisted. This was 1 month into the service.

We found another provider, yet they stuck to their guns, they couldn't fix it, and weren't prepared to refund.

I'd really avoid these guys at all costs.
