Great looking shoes, good customer experience
My daughter is obsessed with the 808s - I ordered a pair in her usual size and they looked amazing but were slightly loose. The company promptly responded to my return request and sent a shipping label for the return. Then I accidentally ordered the wrong size to replace them and, again, they responded promptly and helpfully

Customer service was awesome!
I received amazing customer service and Way of Wade is extremely responsive. Joe, the Customer Service Manager, clearly communicated what could be done and helped resolve my issue. I am appreciative of her efforts.

I ordered a pair of shoes from this…
I ordered a pair of shoes from this website during Black Friday. It has been two months, and all this time, I was only tracking my order, and they kept saying it was on the way.
Then, suddenly, I received a notification saying that my order had been returned. I have sent multiple emails, but no one responds.
I have neither received my money back nor any explanation about what happened to my order.
This website is extremely unprofessional and unreliable.
