Read their terms and contract carefully!
-they said their offer is not secured, which is false, they still will file UCC+++
-they can deem you in default for any reason at their discretion (anything they believe you said that wasn't fully correct in their opinion)
-they can enter your building and take your property in excess of the value of what is owed.
-they can redirect your Shopify funds to their account
-the list goes on and on, the worst bank agreement I have read in 25 years. all of these facts are in black and white in their paperwork. avoid.

In response to your feeback:
1) Your contracts are not standard. I've been in business for over 30 years and I have never read such a terrible one sided agreement.
2) Information I was given during the sales process was false when it came to what was in writing.
3) There were no less than 17 horrible unacceptable clauses or issues in your contract.
4) I question the legitimacy of your positive reviews. They are mostly very vauge without complete names or company names. My Name is Zachary Piech and I own ValuePetSupplies.com. Same name on twitter. I can back my claims with facts from your contact.
