Waybook has been a perfect solution for creating SOPs for my team. It is easy to use, great for the team to follow and I cannot recommend it enough.

I was really looking for a platform that could hold all of the policy and process work I was doing for our company and when I found Waybook, they were perfect. The Teams integration was top of the list for me as I didn't want to give everyone another login to something. Since I'm rolled out a training on what it is with our Team, everyone is super excited to use it. We haven't put in all of our Processes and Policies yet but my Team is so excited about using this as a training tool. I was also able to add step-by-step instructions for the processes we only do about once a month that everyone always has a question on and it's been such a time saver.
We LOVE Waybook.

This is probably one of the most critical tools I use. I've bought and used over 300 online tools and this ranks in the top 3 for me. That says it all.

It allows us to add structure to info, ensure nothing is lost and provides a fantastic way to upskill team members and grow your company.

Before Waybook I tried various other process management tools that people have recommended. Things like Bit.ai, GDOCS, Process.st and a few others.

They were all great at individual things, but they never combined the flow and storage and flexibility of Waybook.

Waybook is easy to use, it's got a clean interface and it flows logically. It's flexible in the formats it allows you to use. Whenever I onboard new team members, they 'just get it' - which says it all!

I also trust the team behind Waybook with the storage of crucial documents. I mean I've probably uploaded 5000 videos in my various SOPS, and it's never crashed or had an issue.

They have some very useful shortcuts that make it very easy to write and add new SOPS. They keep adding new features that are actually useful, while avoiding feature bloat, which I appreciate.

I am the Operational Excellence Manager for my company, and in my search for a platform that values collaboration and partnership over just securing a contract, I came across Waybook. I must say that I have never encountered a platform more dedicated to engaging its users.

Waybook has been a great way to get our new employees as well as our current staff up to speed on our evolving systems. It is easy to use and manage from the administrative side, as well as easy to navigate from the employee side.

We have been using a competing tool for years, but it is much more complicated. Waybook is an immediate start. Your SOP tool needs to have very little learning curve for users and have a super simple interface. Waybook meets both of these requirements (and I hope simplicity of use continues to be a strategy for them).

The initial template is very helpful as well. It really made us think about some missing policies that we needed. There is a nice feature now as well that you can share outside using a public link. I like that because I often have brief onboarding guides for my clients that I like to share with a link.

We use Waybook for our SOP's. It's a really good toll. If they add more native integration we will be able to manage our Dev team as well. Hope for a bright future....

I've been using Waybook for some time now. Couple of things that I like is the extensive user roles and rights management that it comes with. It makes onboarding and removing team members super easy in comparison to Notion.

Another thing to love is the information hierarchy that one can create. You dont get lost in the limitless nesting of pages.

Couple of things where waybook could improve are the UX changes in terms of small jitters which can be fixed over time.

Over all, a super stable product that you can seriously evaluate if you are thinking of going ahead with Notion.

I really found what I was looking for in Waybook. At first I was looking for a user friendly software that would allow me to create a simple onboarding platform for New Realtors and Employees could easily access documents and training. The bonus is I can create a platform the holds all my Company documents, policies, and more!

The Waybook team has been super helpful through troubleshooting problems and assisting to remedy issues. Great customer service and accessible staff!

Waybook solves several challenges that we had:

2. Ability to add text, images, and video in those
3. We can TRACK who went through the documents (and tomorrow's trainings)
4. Ability to control who sees what.

You can create SOPs for almost every business you can imagine!

The product is well-organized and provides a lot of useful features right out of the box that will get you up to speed. For instance, the "subjects" section helps you figure out what areas in your business might need SOPs. So that's one less thing you have to worry about. It's also great to see how users are interacting with SOPs.

It is so easy to use, very self-explanatory, it has been so helpful to use for organizing even our notes for each specific topic we need to have it in hand also the layout to edit all the info and create the SOPs are fantastic and elegant
