My client service experience with the company is just terrible! The lid of the wax warmer was broken when I received it. Their solution was sending me a wax product as a compensation because they didn’t have a spare lid. Not a word was said about returning the product and sending a new one. Eventually they proposed this option (also mentioning that this was going to take a long time) but I had to pay the return costs. Apparently it was impossible to pay it themselves. They also did not propose to offer a free wax product to compensate the return cost. At some point they were even implying that I damaged the lid as there was a delay between delivery of the product and my complaint. I have never experienced this before!

The Cherry Glow Box was an amazing deal in the autumn sale, and the sugar body scrubs were a highlight.

I never got my package and I order it over 3 weeks ago.

The wax with cherry blossom aroma smells amazing and is super kind to my skin. I prefer using it for delicate areas.

Since I have sensitive skin, I was cautious. The sea mud wax for the whole body is very well tolerated, and I had no irritation or redness at all.

I got the WaXx Box Pink Touch because I wanted both facial and intimate area wax in one package. The hair growth-inhibiting lotion is effective.

With the Limited Cherry Blossom Box, I got everything I needed. The wax warmer works perfectly, and the oil as a gift was a nice extra.

I’m so happy with the bikini wax. No tugging like with other brands and super thorough.

The scent of the wax alone makes me happy. I used their Sandalwood wax. And it really works. My legs are so smooth now.

Everything arrived on time and looked high quality. You can tell there's real quality here.

Ordered on 12/08 at 1pm, today we’re 15/08 still no update or any sign of me getting my package. You pay for a delivery fee and aren’t working with a reliable courier.

I have very sensitive skin and usually react badly to wax. But this time, nothing at all. 100% recommend.

Please do not order here, its all just a selling stunt they do not reply on phonecalls or emails for any questions. i tried cancelling an order THE SAME DAY like 15 minutes after i ordered it and they are not responsive at all. This is really bad if you are a self employee do not use waxx.me to work together with.

Got my order, the lid was totally broken. Waxx customer service, that answered very quickly, offered to go with the broken lid and they would send me the hairgrow cream for compensation. I wasnt okay with that and wanted to return the whole order but as it turned out, i should have payed for the return myself and it would have cost 40% of the product price. Moral of the story:
- they have made it pretty impossible to return the products.
-dont be like me and read the return policy!!

The quality of the heater is just misrable, i hope it wont burn my house down while using. Pretty sure Temu has better products than this.

It's very easy to apply and use. However, make sure to get a heater if you are using the wax for the first time. In my opinion, if you melt it without one, you won’t get the same effect. With the heater, the temperature is perfect and the hair is removed much more easily and quickly. For me personally, just 3 or 4 applications on my leg are enough.

The delivery was slightly late so I am not going to make an issue about it as the product itself was great and easy to apply/remove.

The shipping could have been quicker but since I'm outside of the European Union it's not an issue either. The wax kit was awesome and I will be ordering again.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Easy application and almost painless removals. The price was too good to give it up. Thanks!

I ordered a set including the stove, three cans of wax, 10 spatulas, a refreshing gel and 3 sprays. The package arrived and when I opened the box of the stove I immediately noticed that it had already been used. It was poorly wrapped and oily fingerprints were visible. In addition, two of the small bottles containing the sprays were half empty. I contacted customer service and also sent photos of the bottles placed on a weighing scale to show that they were not full.
I showed the stove to my boyfriend who is an electrician and he immediately confirmed that it was broken. We turned the handle which then immediately came off and so we saw that the turnbuckle had been badly repaired with silicone. I sent a video to customer service who suggested that I receive two sprays and a new stove. However, I had to repay the shipment even though the mistake was theirs and they sent me faulty products. Even after requesting to speak with the sales manager to express my disappointment, I was reconfirmed that in order to receive the new products I would have to pay for a second shipment. So I did. I was sent a new stove, this time working and packaged completely differently from the first one. But still the quality is poor and I recommend spending more and buying a professional one. While the spray bottles were again half full.

Let's start with the information that I'm waxing since early age and have a lot experience.
Delivery was very fast, 3 days, perfect. At the first look package looked also very nice. Now to a tricky part.
Wax heating device very cheap and poor made. Also was already used, cleaned but still sticky.
Plastic part of wax container broke after 2x use.
Cleaning product, not so bad, not perfect but OK.
Waxx-if I want to honest it is not for my tipe of lag hair, it's not doing it's thing. I would need a lot of it and still want be as good and easy as with stripes. But for my bikini zone it's perfect. Never have I ever had bikini waxing without pain and with this waxx it was awesome 👌.
To summit, heater don't waist your money. Waxx you should definitely try it out.
And to sales, if you accept returns, then please throw them out, don't resale them. It's a very bad marketing for you, don't be so cheap.
