Good customer service with defect product
So I ordered the horn bong when I received it you could tell that when they were heating the glass to form it. The glass got way to hot andmelted bigger than what it was supposed to so the the down stem now would not fit because the hole was way to big after telling waxmaid about my problem they made sure my problem was solved after proving my defect. They sent me a new one that was correctly made for the price of the one I already purchased. Company’s like these really care about there business and it just shows with customer service thanks again for making my experience better.

Can not get a response from email sent…
Can not get a response from email sent on 7/2/21 or site customer service regarding a defective part. I called the phone and it has an automated non person system. Just sent 2nd request via email and site again on 7/7/21. Would be great if customer service would responded.
Certainly was not this difficult to purchase.

Best customer service ever!
Waxmaid is as legit as they come. First of all I was out of town and wasn’t able to check the mail till Sunday. I was super excited to try Waxmaid’s Ares. I set it up and the light showed that it was short circuiting. It wouldn’t work no matter what I did. I was bummed, but called there customer service line (let me remind you it’s Sunday) and someone picks up I explained the situation. They told me to email the waxmaid support which I did and I got a response in a matter of minutes saying they would replace the Ares and I could keep the defective Ares. Which is great cuz now I have extra parts. All in all this shows how down waxmaid is for there customers. Thanks Waxmaid!! Oh yea and the Ares is awesome too!!

Just purchased my 3rd piece from waxmaid. I have ordered the same unit each time. Waxmaid 8.5" Horn Silicone Glass Water Pipe. The first two came with a bowl that had a stem on it to safely remove it. The most recent one I received has a different glass bowl with no stem. This was not indicated that there was a change of design. When I called to complain and ask for a replacement, The person that answered the phone was CLUELESS, sounded like a personal phone number. She said I had to send an email to get help.
