Nectar Collecting
The Nectar collector that I purchased is like my 5th or 6th one. I love them so much. I've taken them all over from basically the East coast to the Midwest. I've loved this product for years!! I hope I get to for many more!
The Rasta color I got is so pretty! I love that it has alot of the yellow silicone. 💛
The only thing I was sketch on was the way it was delivered. No receipt inside the mailer, it didn't have packaging it was wrapped in bubble wrap sent in an orange envelope mailer. Its the first time in years it wasn't in Waxmaid packaging. Kinda weird.

This site might as well be a scam. After multiple contacts I was told the issue would be taken care and my pipes would be on the way with tracking within the week, last week. Missing parts
My daughter had given me a bong but it was missing some parts. I went to local head shops looking for them but they were outrageous in the price but couldn't help me. I noticed the bong had a mfg name "Waxmaid". I googled it and there was my unit. I needed the glass bowl and holder. I was amazed how inexpensive it was, so I ordered it. I received my package and it was a perfect fit. Waxmaid is now my go to place for all things paraphernalia.

Horrible customer service!
I placed an order 4 weeks ago & I still haven’t received any sort of shipping confirmation. There website says 1-2 days however that is not accurate! Horrible customer service! I’ve tried to reach out multiple times and I still haven’t heard anything! Do not place an order!!

*ugh, yes this is real. I had tried contacting multiple times over this last few weeks. I FINALLY got one response from a woman named Linda and I unfortunately found out that it’s shipping 3 weeks after it was supposed to. Still haven’t gotten it so I am still very unhappy. That’s ridiculous, you asking me if this is real. YES, and it’s just like most of the other reviews I saw after ordering through your company.
I have not gotten my item, I haven’t gotten a confirmation of my shipping status. All I’ve gotten is my receipt when I Initially made my purchase a week ago. It says 24 business hour processing and then 2-4 business shipping days. I also tried contacting them to make sure it’s going okay and they haven’t contacted me back. I’m extremely unhappy.

Absolutely a trust worthy company, they just use a third party courier that takes 4-5 days to even drop your package off too the USPS. Other then that they’re great.

Placed order 10/30/21 it is now 11/19/21 and I have received nothing. Took my money and and sent nothing. Have tried to call Waxmaid and get a recording.
I have been ripped off by these people. Think twice about ordering here and read the reviews about all of the people just like me that have placed orders and never got anything. Calling PayPal now to help get my refund.

*Edited about 2 weeks after my initial review:
Order received and in good condition. I was told they were having issues at the warehouse, which was the cause of the delay.
This is my 2nd order and both times there has been a slight issue with either shipping times or a missing part of order. Getting in touch with their service team has not been easy.
Ultimately, they have handled the orders and issues with integrity and their product is the best I have found.

They are still lying about shipping on their website
I spent hours researching pieces, and finally got my order in on 11/14. Fast shipping was very important to me, so I looked at the Waxmaid FAQ and they say they ship domestically from Cali next business day and customers should get their package in 2-3 business days. Now That I still have no tracking number, I find this website with reviews from weeks ago where waxmaid acknowledged that there is a shipping problem but their website still says fast shipping. If I knew there was shipping delays I would have went somewhere else. Now I have to cancel my order and all that time is wasted. Duck waxmaid.
