What a scam! Took my money and ran with no product delivery! Been waiting over 2 months,I have reported them and closed my card,do NOT ORDER FROM THEM! YOU CAN'T EVEN CONTACT THEM!I AM SO 😠 MAD!

If I could give them no stars I would. Do NOT order from this company. They take your money and do not ship your order. The shipping tracking number they give you is fake. I have written numerous emails with no response and the contact telephone number is always busy. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge.

It seems to me people are working from home and ordering product from China with no control over delivery. The shipping number is bogus. I went through the same thing with a pair of sandals. 7 months. My bank is in the process of reversing the charges. I made multiple email inquiries with no response. Two months with no product is unacceptable.

Ordered two months ago. Provided a shipping label number that was never put into the system. Will not respond to customer service emails. Had to dispute purchase with credit card company. Avoid this website.

Been over a month... this company is a scam and fraudulent. Report them to econsumer.gov

Been waiting 7 months for my package to arrive phone number and email are both bogus worst experience ever cant even get a refund do not waste ylur money on this illegitimate company total rip off

I order 2 pair of shorts, they sent me a bogus shipping number, you cannot contact the company, the email they give you is either bogus or they just delete the emails because I have never recieved the product or a response, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE OR COMPANY..

I just read the reviews on this company and everything that's been stated has happened to me: 1) Interminable wait for order. 2) Tracking number redirects to "No record". 3) CS phone # rings busy always. 4) No email response to request for info. We had no idea this was an order coming from China.
Good reminder that we need to do a better job of vetting companies like this that we're not familiar with.

Same as everyone else. Tracking number doesn't work. No package. No response to multiple emails. Can't believe I didn't check them out thoroughly.
My credit card company will handle it but still doesn't feel good being conned.
Do not use this company.

No shipment and no response from company
I ordered a 2 pair of swim trunks and very soon after (on March 12) received an email indicating products had shipped. I have checked shipment link for the past 28 days and continue to received a message that reads, "No shipping record!" in bright red lettering. I sent several emails to company indicating shipping message, but have received no response. I have tried calling the phone number listed on website several times and always get a busy signal.

I now get an offer from the company that I can buy insurance in case there is a problem in shipping they will expedite a new shipment. Not throwing good money after bad.

This company advertises they have great customer service.... Which is totally non-existent. They have a phone number which constantly rings busy and never respond to emails. Stay away from them unless you like wasting your money.

I ordered three pairs of men's shorts. The only thing that they got right was the number.

The shorts that they sent to me are the wrong color, the wrong size, the wrong style, in fact, the shorts are the wrong brand. I ordered Weekender shorts and they sent to me the Fashion Collection.

Their customer service is non-existent. I emailed them several times. I called their customer service line so often that I lost track. I have not heard from them in any way since I first contacted them.

Finally, they continue to email me advertising their products, and I can't seem to stop them.

I will report them to the Better Business Bureau. I wished that I had thought of asking my credit card company to stop payment.

My experience with Waves and Trunks is easily the worst experience that I have ever had with online ordering.

Never received my order and dont get a response when I email them about my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Also waiting for months for my order. I keep emailing but no answer. What a SCAM! Not happy. I. Will be working on getting my money back. Also the BBB will know about this company.

I still haven't received my purchase and contacted them multiple times with no response. I don't recommend this company to anyone. This is a scam. They don't deserve one star but I had to click one.

worst company ever. pants were wrong size and didn't look at all like what I ordered. also waited two months for them to come.

They sent me the wrong size suit. I followed the return request process on their website and never received a response. Filed a claim with Paypal. The company did respond to me via PayPal. However, in order to get a refund on the product, I have to return it and pay for international shipping. THEY sent the wrong item!!!! I shouldn’t have to pay to shipping to get my money back or an exchange!
