WARNING FRAUD

FRAUD UPDATE 04-11-24:
Reporting WaverlayFX to New Zealand's CERT NZ & FMA

WaverlayFX has committed FRAUD by setting up and transferring fake unverified tokens worth $0 value using this Address: 0x2E62E8091B141F414C1f78E63Da856d9BE20eada Coinbase confirmed this token is unverified and does not have enough liquidity. Etherscan shows that this token has $0 value.

WaverlayFX sent an email on 04-02-24 promising to withdraw my funds and transferred worthless unverified tokens instead in violation of their agreement with NZ Govt: (see below and attached)

We’ve had several discussions and meetings with the New Zealand Government after reports were made and us being accused of holding back our client’s withdrawals without a concrete reason.

And for the fact that we don’t wish to extend this back and forth between our clients and the company to the court.

The New Zealand government has passed an order for us to clear all pending withdrawals in our tab.

The government has also made is possible for us to incorporate with CoinbaseNFT. Coinbase is a crypto exchange company that tops in the market and with their assistance. It will be more easier disbursing every withdrawal in minutes.

We’ve agreed with the New Zealand government regarding this and willing to disburse every pending withdrawals and keep our promise in giving you all a safe and secured company to invest your crypto.

Kindly contact our online support to provide you with the process and wallet to withdraw your funds. Our only payment option currently is USDT using the Ethereum contract address and gas fee

Thank you for trusting us, tolerating us and most of all, being understanding with our policies.

WARNING: FRAUD, SCAM, DO NOT INVEST, UNDER INVESTIGATION REPORTED TO THE CMTC Commodity Futures Trading Commission!

After awhile they will reject your withdrawal requests and claim they have a system failure or promo period and then require a 25%-50% deposit to reactivate your account.
