Wavecross do not deserve any stars but it wouldn’t let me write without selecting one.

These guys are scammers - do not order from them. I ordered a child’s advent in October and it still hasn’t arrived. They never reply to emails and their website is now not working!

Avoid! Don’t be scammed yourself.

Scammed ordered 2 advent calendars 2nd nov haven't arrived no emails from them no response to complaining to them AVOID

Ordered perfume box in October, no perfume, no refund, scam company

AVOID AVOID AVOID unless you like to lose money. Bogus company, take your money but send no goods. Claimed money back from bank because this company do not respond to e-mails.

If it were possible to give no stars i would.
AVOID, AVOID AVOID!.
Do NOT give this company your hard earned cash! They will never update you nor give time frames of delivery, because you wont be getting anything! Pointles emailing them as they dont answer.
Lesson learnt, but an expensive one!

SCAM. PLEASE DONT BUY Purchased an advent calender via tiktok, which took me to this site. Item showed as delivered with no proof of delivery. Emails ignored. Have done a chargeback claim for my debit card and have now been refunded. This site should be closed down.

Do not buy from this company, it is a scam, they do not send products, they do not respond to any correspondence or complaints, they do not refund.

Ordered two perfume advent calendars. Never arrived. Just a scam once again, I thought I had placed my order with TikTok but then found out it was from wave cross. Emailed wave cross time after time , did not get back to me . Hope they get caught and done for fraud.

Scam!! Like everyone else I ordered an advent calendar. I had tracking information to say it was delivered and it wasn’t. Numerous emails sent to the Company to chase the order. Very ignorant to not respond.
I submitted a claims dispute via my bank and I’ve had the money refunded today.

SCAM. Paid $50 for an advent calendar that never came.

Utterly disgusted brought some advent calendars from them beginning of month promised 5 business days delivery and now its end of he month not got anything emails are bring ignored

Another scam, just taken my money from my bank, without obviously any intention of sending g me my purchase. Emailed the company numerous times without any reply. Purchased through SHOP so a double wammy

If I could give no stars I would. Exactly like a lot of people ordered the advent calendar. Nothing!

Like everyone else on this thread ordered from wavecross, they emailed at first re their tracking, but we didnt recieve the advent calendar, now no response! Victim of fraud! How do we report this or make sure it doesnt happen agaain! Ticktok shop or wavecross.com! Never again!
