Tried and true app!

I've been using this app since it was originally called "WMail". I have tried many other Gmail wrapper apps like it and I always come back to Wavebox.

The reason why I like it so much is that I can customize literally everything. There's so many things I can configure to make it exactly how I want it. All the other apps I've tried are limited in that functionality.

Another reason I prefer Wavebox is because it runs super smooth on my computer. I noticed other apps like Shift or Rambox are slow or feel a little sluggish compared to this one.

I've been using Wavebox since 2017 and I was a early supporter for Wavebox Pro. After three years or so of using it I took a break and came back to Wavebox. Over the years they increased the price for Wavebox Pro, but what's so cool is that they grandfathered my plan after all these years! So I'm still paying the same rate as I was three years ago.

When I came back after not using it for awhile, I tried to renew my subscription but my grandfathered plan went away. So I contacted support. They handled it perfectly! They responded super fast and Susan from Wavebox Support grandfathered my plan again.

Overall I've have good experiences with this app and I'm not planning on moving away from it anytime soon.

Worth every penny.

I've been using Wavebox off and on for a while, and the latest version has been stellar. Having the full Chromium experience, while also having the unique features that Wavebox provides has been nothing but a smooth and pleasant experience. Also, the frequent updates have been easy and trouble-free. My main computer is running Manjaro Linux and I haven't experienced one hiccup.

Please let the developers know how much I appreciate their work. I'm more than happy to keep paying for as long as you keep making such a fantastic product.

Wavebox's support is a joke. Four months, no follow-up. Give me a break.

I reported an issue on 13-December 2019 that is precluding me from using my +paid+ Wavebox subscription. I had a couple of emails from Susan Davies, the most recent on 20-December-2019: "Hi Adam,

Ok, naughty elves at work here I think!

I'll look into it and get back to you asap.

Best Wishes,

Susan."

Since then RADIO SILENCE. I have tried multiple times to reach out, with no response. FOUR MONTHS.

Wavebox's support is pathetic. I've been very patient, here. Alas, perhaps this review will garner a response?

Reply from Wavebox Browser

Hi Adam, thanks for your comments and apologies for not getting back to you - it looks like your support ticket was misallocated in our CRM system, so it wasn't marked for any follow-up. Providing an excellent level of support is of the utmost importance to us, and it's very rare that a ticket is missed like this, so apologies again. I'd like to get your issue of using your license on a second machine resolved as soon as possible, so if you can reply to my email, and provide some more details, that would be excellent. Sincerest apologies again for the mixup. Best wishes, Susan.

Can't work without it now!

This software helped me so much to organize my work, I have been using it for 2 weeks and I can't even fathom how I managed before. It has everything I need: different cookie jars, different groups, I like the looks of it, and the support team is amazing! I chose Wavebox over station because of the options available , totally worth the price! As an educator they also offered a great price,
Keep on the great work all the team!
Thanks for making my life more organized and free some of my time from so much hassle :D

A Multitaskers Dream

Wavebox allows me to quickly move from web app to web app and stay productive. I especially like how it sandboxes each app with all its separate settings and cookies. I can not imagine my day without using Wavebox.

Wavebox has been a huge productivity…

Wavebox has been a huge productivity boost for both our business and for me. Wavebox has done an amazing job of identifying all the inefficiencies of having to routinely access multiple web services for work, and solved every one of them.

I wish I could include screenshots with this review, but since I can't here are some of the great things Wavebox does.

1. Creates a beautiful unified way to access all of your web applications. I have a small sidebar in Wavebox that is visible at all times with beautiful icons that I can use to jump instantly to any app.

2. You can create multiple profiles, allowing you to easily solve the issue of accessing similar accounts that need different logins. For example, do you have two gmail (or similar) accounts you need to regularly access?

No problem, you are able to create two different email icons in your navigation bar with each instantly jumping to a specific account. And with each remembering its login info so you don't have to log in and out or manually switch netween accounts.

3. Tired of having tons of tabs open and having your computer slow down? In Wavebox you can set every single program/tab so sleep (or not) after it is not in use for 5 minutes (fully adjustable).

So in my case I have all the applications I used constantly such as email set to never sleep. But the applications I oinly access a few times a day I allow to sleep.

4. Integrated dashboard that provides one place to see all your notifications that has to be seen to be believed. The UI for this part is unbelievable. It is everything the Windows 10 notification center should be, but isn't.

5. Each programs icon shows a number on it to indicate how many messages or notifications you have from that program. Please note this functionality is dependent on the program, so it is not available for all programs. But it is available for most and in my case certainly all of the important ones (gmail, chat, our project management app etc.).

6. You can add any web app. They have hundreds you can add automatically, and if they don't have it supported yet, you can add is manually using the website address.

I could go on...suffice it to say that I now have a completely unified interface for all my work, laid out exactly as I want it.

I find Wavebox really valuable

I find Wavebox really valuable. I use a lot of different web apps (several slack accounts, a couple gmails, jira, skype, etc.), and managing them through Wavebox is so much easier and quicker than having a dozen-odd tabs open all the time. I highly recommend it.

Wavebox just got better

I used Wavebox classic for about 6 months and loved it. My HP tablet running Linux only has 8GB of RAM and keep all slacks open in tabs in my browser frequently filled up my memory. Wavebox not only solved that but also gives me the ability to put them to sleep. Now the new version not only looks awesome, but also add all my extensions like hubspot and awesome screenshot. So there is really not much not to like anymore. Well done Wabebox, happy paying customer here.

I already loved Wavebox

I already loved Wavebox, and the latest update has added new features (such as using all Google Extensions inline with my apps) just that much more phenomenal. Such a productivity booster. Thanks guys!

I'm a believer...

To say that I'm delighted with Wavebox is an understatement. Having granular level control over every item with interaction is amazing.

I used to keep 24 or so tabs open in one of my many browsers for my daily "workspace". To say that this practice was a memory hog on my laptop or desktop computers is also an understatement.

Here is one example: Being able to "sleep" apps means that I can have Gmail and Google calendar set to "never sleep" while having Google Voice, Docs and Sheets sleeping (but quickly accessible) really helps manage my workflow *and* minimizes the memory my daily workspace requires.

Keep up the great work Wavebox team!

Highly Recommended!

Seamless transitioning between tabs and makes my life so much easier and organised.

Was trying to look for an all in one for my messages at first and have tried others (Franz) but Wavebox has surpassed my expectations, integrating other tools and apps. Also, great UI/UX + customer service.

May seem a little pricey but they do have generous education and non-profit organisation discounts!!

Worth the investment!

Get Wavebox!

Wavebox has changed my life! I was so tired of having multiple tabs open and getting lost in them.

Wavebox is clean, simple, and efficient. They have all the apps you need like slack, asana, etc and plenty more!

Definitely will get the pro version. Recommend it to all!

We love Wavebox

I love Wavebox. It makes it so easy to group all of your accounts under different profiles (This is a fantastic feature). I was really pleased to see the WB sync/export functionality making it easy to hop between machines

We've tried various other tools like Shift & Station, but now they feel clunky in comparison and I can't go back. Wavebox just takes everything to that next level of polish.

It's definitely worth picking up a license to support such a great product.

I ditched my external monitor because of Wavebox!

I started looking for products like Wavebox because I was 1) sick of having too many tabs open (many of which I had to) and 2) I wanted to ditch my external monitor. I tried a couple of other products and was dissatisfied so I stopped my search out of frustration. A few months later I learned about Wavebox and gave it a shot. I liked it so much that I upgraded within the first 30 minutes of using it. I've been a loyal user for 6 months now and have ditched my external monitor for good. Thank you for making this product and please never ever take it away!

Love WaveBox

Love WaveBox! I had been a Franz user, also tried Rambox and Station. WB is far more polished and supported. Important enough to my daily workflow that I purchased a license.
