Thank you for your review, and we completely understand your frustration when something you’ve purchased doesn’t work as expected.

The issue with the live view in the app that you were previously informed about has now been resolved earlier this week. However, after taking another look at your case, it appears that the problem you are experiencing may instead be related to the connection of the Live Card itself, which would explain why the consumption data is not appearing in the app.

This is something our support team can help troubleshoot and resolve together with you. It may simply require reconnecting or reinstalling the Live Card to establish the connection correctly.

We would therefore really appreciate it if you could reach out to us again so we can help get everything up and running for you as quickly as possible.
