Watt Mortgage have been great, Dan was our mortgage broker he was so helpful and knowledgable and no question was too small or silly to be dealt with.
He made the whole process a lot more stress free as he comes across as genuinely caring about each client. I would recommend Watt Mortgage especially Dan May for anyone looking for a mortgage broker that can be trusted and personable.

Josh has been a fantastic mortgage broker, couldn’t recommend him more. He has advised & guided me through my first remortgage process and been very helpful in advising on the different options available & am very thankful for all the help!!

As a first-time buyer, I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience than the one I had with Watt Mortgages.

After initially struggling with another broker who was unable to secure a mortgage for a property I really had my heart set on, I was recommended to speak with Josh and Daniel – and I’m so glad I did. From my very first conversation with Josh, everything changed. He worked absolute magic, and suddenly I was back in the running to purchase my first home!

Josh is incredibly personable and knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly without ever making you feel overwhelmed or out of your depth. He regularly checked in throughout the process, which really showed how much he genuinely cares about helping his clients get onto the property ladder.

Daniel was equally fantastic – he made everything run smoothly and was always patient and accommodating, especially when I wanted to make changes to my policy. He took the time to ensure I fully understood everything, which I really appreciated.

Ruth was also extremely helpful throughout. She was quick to send over any documents I needed and was always on hand to answer any questions, which made the whole process feel even more seamless.

All three of them are an absolute pleasure to deal with, and I truly can’t fault the service I received. A huge thank you to you all for your hard work – you’ve made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and even enjoyable!

would highly highly recommend Ciaran from watt mortgage.
Firstly he is professional and takes pride in what he does, he actually cares about his clients and getting the best products for them, back in 2017 Ciaran obtained a mortgage for us and advised us to take out various policies, health insurance home insurance, life insurance etc now if this wasn’t for him explaining the benefits of having these policies we would never have had them in place, 7 years later (2024) our son 3 years of age was diagnosis’s with cancer, this particular insurance company that Ciaran advised us to take cover with, covered the cost of living, our hospital visits and a 51k pay out, which really took the strain off of things and ment we could concentrate on our sick child, we are so grateful to Ciaran for advising us to take out these policies, as without him explaining the benefits of these policies we would have never had them in place,

we are purchasing a 2nd property soon and we would not use anyone else other than Ciaran at watt mortgages.

I Highly recommend to him to everyone, brilliant services provided and an all round great guy.

I was trying to get a mortgage on a property above a retail shop, which causes lots of problems for mortgage providers. However, Watt Mortgage were very good at sorting this out. On top of that, Santander were being very problematic, unprofessional and taking very long to action things (like surveyors simply not showing up). But Watt Mortgage were constantly on top of this every day trying to get answers and the mortgage offer from Santander right until the end.

Dan was absolutely fantastic to work with. He made the entire mortgage process smooth, stress-free, and easy to understand from start to finish. His communication was excellent, he was always available to answer questions, and he went above and beyond to secure a great outcome for me.
