Incompetent

Means well but can only deal with very simple straightforward tasks and nothing too complicated. I do not usually hire small firms like this one but gave it a chance on the recommendation of JMW's Law share program. She botched my claim letter, which was not compliant with any pre-action protocol. I am grateful to have switched lawyers so I could find out in time that she was negligent and put me at risk. She then refused to hand over my client files
