Waterstones on line service is appalling. I order books with an comment for delivery collection within 2 weeks. After 2 weeks no book. My account indicates payment taken preparing for despatch. 2 weeks later it still has not been despatched. I telephoned and was told they will look into it.

Is it not illegal to take money without providing a service?

OnceI have spent my loyalty points I will shop elsewhere. Coles book shop is the level Waterstones should aspire to replicate customer service.

Totally fake just reported to UK trading standards and I spent 30min show a top Amazon manager in the US as they were so angry about this site they escalated it very fast and gave me a £30 gift voucher for reporting them..

The site breaks almost every rule Amazon has so hopefully it will be closed down shortly and who ever is running the site is absolutely NOT trust worthy and avoid the site unless you want to get scammed!!

They make money every time it directs you to Amazon so do not use the site or click on your basket as it just gives the scammers more money..

This site shows a product at a competitive price, it then directs you to Amazon where the price is double the initial published price.

This is a very evil Amazon affiliate referral website. They hook you in with fake low prices, then you add to cart and get referred to Amazon where you see the real price. When you complete purchase on Amazon they get a affiliate % of the sale. This site is breaking the Amazon affiliate rules by masquerading with false prices. I have reported them

Same as others have said it takes you to Amazon and shows the same product at a much higher price. The internet is great but these sort of scam websites need to be eradicated because they just waste everyone's time.

I saw a "price drop" on an item of technology only to then add the item to cart and be redirected to Amazon, total scam however, no harm done just a waste of time

Looks like the same scam as storam. Click on the item at the advertised price and you get redirected to Amazon at a much higher price. Presumably they get a thank-you fee from Amazon for directing your custom in Amazon's direction
