Total timewasters! Bought an item listed as available from them and should have been sent with RoyalMail48 as stated on the website, but did not receive anything after a week. They did not respond to emails so I made a PayPal case and I got my money back
When ordering from this company i did not realise they are the same company as Fishpetsreptiles who i had problems with in the past,and they operate from the same building.
Ordered an impeller and cover for my Eheim Filter,they arrived by Royal Mail in a box that was damaged and with NO internal packing i.e. bubble wrap,which should have been used on fragile items like these.

Bought fish from Waterside Aquatics at Bourne. Arrived home to find 1 fish half dead and covered in whitespot.
Should have known better, holding tanks were so dirty couldn't see through glass, assistant was very rough with fish and very arrogant when serving.

Useless - same company as Fish Pets Reptile operating out of the same warehouse. No systems in place, customer service dreadful. Never use again and can not recommend to anyone else. One to definitely avoid
They dont live track stock so you can never tell if they have it or not. So if you order something be prepared to wait. Has happened twice out of two orders.
Very slow responding when asking what was delaying an order but as soon as i asked to cancel it, they replied fairly quick and the order had suddenly been dispatched. Averaging a week for next day delivery.
