Great quality product

Great quality product- ordered replacement queen sized dual mattress - not a stock item but it still arrived in under a week. Was worried it might not arrive before Christmas so rang them to check and they confirmed dispatch date and emailed over the tracking details and it arrived when expected. Can’t fault the service or the product. It feels a lot more robust than the last one we bought from a different supplier and is so comfortable.

Do not expect any after sales care if you complain

Having just spent £2000 on a new waterbed, the old one finally having to be replaced after almost 30 years. The fitters duly arrived half filled the bed and left, and much toing and froing with the company they agreed to come back out and fill the bed properly, date to be arranged. As a good will gesture I was sent a complimentary fill and drain kit but the hose is not long enough for us to reach from the bathroom to the bedroom, but we were informed that even if this was a problem they would definitely come back to fill the bed to the proper levels.

The fill and drain kit arrived, the hose as mentioned was not long enough and the manager sent a very passive aggressive email mansplaining water levels and has decided they will no longer honour the agreement to come and fill the bed properly. We spent a weekend essentially sleeping to the boards under the bag, this is not correct, you should never feel the boards underneath when lying in bed, it is outrageous to even suggest this is normal.

I cannot recommend this company, the after sales from the manager is disgusting. The bed in not at the correct level, the mattress should not be several inches below the sides as it makes it almost impossible to get out of the bed. However the 'Manager' thinks you should you should be at their beck and call, and your work in much less important than they are. They turned up late for the installation which had they been on time, and communicated how long the installation would take, there would have been no issues but it would appear they expect you to be a mind reader even if they are not.

EDIT: The manager sent a bigoted, patronising and sarcastic response to a legitimate review' this tells you everything you need to know about this company, if you have problems they are not interested, not the first time they have refused to help customers with problems .... AVOID.. They have refused to honour the additional hose as well ... These people are dishonest and shameless

After supporting this company for many…

After supporting this company for many years and spending a lot of money with them I needed a warranty claim as the heater fail within the covered period
I have not been able to use bed they will not replace or fit the new part I am not even asking them to fit the heater
I am so disappointed with the customer service of after sales It’s ok when you purchase new but not happy to support or supply the customer with a foc replacement which I then have to get fitted
