Above and beyond customer service! I placed an order before Christmas and forgot to choose expedited shipping. Sent an email and received one back that assured me my package would get here in time anyway...yep!... with days to spare, I was truly relieved! On the same order I accidentally ordered the wrong color of an item I planned as a gift. I emailed again to explain my problem (clearly I was in a rush to complete last min Christmas shopping and didn't pay enough attention), and the customer service person was once again very kind and was able to find the right colored item at another location and had it sent to me instead!!! I am so impressed with how attentive everyone was, even during with the holiday rush during a worldwide pandemic. I highly recommend, Water & Oak Outdoor Co. over the big retail outlets. Even though I shopped online from out of state, they treated my like I was a hometown regular shopper. Thank you and Hat's off to W&O Outdoor Co!!!

WO customer support (Jamie) was prompt to respond and my package was reshipped at no extra cost and received OK. Thanks for a great experience and a good product (my second TNF jacket from WO).
