Ordered a few items, paid extra for fast delivery and waited and waited. After a couple of weeks tried to contact them but with no response. Luckily PayPal got my money back.

Three weeks after our items are ordered they have not arrived, despite the website claiming 2-3 day delivery. Emailed them a week ago to ask for an update and no response, not even an auto reply. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM AVOID

Ordered replacement spring bars for my watch strap on 17/04/23. Paid for 1st class postage and eagerly awaited their arrival. Guess what? I'm still waiting for them. I tried to contact them as advised, by replying to the confirmation of order email after waiting over a week. No response. I messaged them directly through the contact page on the website. Nothing. As previous reviewers have said, there is no contact phone number, so customer service (if it even actually exists), can happily ignore you. Conclusion is that it's a scam company.

Avoid this company. Made a purchase on the 22nd March and waited 14 days for notice that item had been despatched on the 6th April.
Now the 11th April and still haven't received item which was allegedly posted first class at a cost of £1.90.
Total scammers avoid........

Avoid this company. So far, very bad customer experience; purchase on the 20th of Feb. No dispatch and no feedback to emails. No customer telephone number. I have started a claim for a refund via PayPal so will update this review if needed.
