DO NOT USE

Wish I’d read the reviews before I placed my order. Still not received my watch and emails are not responded to.
Also left voicemail on the answering machine, no response again. I have started a claim with my credit card provider. DO NOT USE.
Watch Shop online replied to my review. They didn’t say why I hadn’t received my watch and blamed google for blocking their mails to me and an external company for not passing on my telephone message. I have to say I find the explanation a little unconvincing.

I have just taken a look at your order and I can see that you have emailed us regarding your order.

I can see that we actually replied to your email and sent you one via our system to provide an update regarding your order.

After digging further, I can actually see that your email provider, Google, has blocked the emails we have sent so I can see how you would think we haven’t replied to you - in effect we haven’t as you didn’t receive them.

We are very sorry about that, we didn’t know they hadn’t been received until now.

We completely understand why you felt the need to raise a chargeback, we regret the fact that it came to this as we get charged for chargebacks. As a small business it really affects us and our ability to offer such low prices - it is becoming more and more difficult to compete with the larger businesses.

As you have started a claim with your card, we will treat this order as cancelled but if you need any information regarding this just let us know and we will make sure that you are receiving our communications.

With regards to our phone - an external company actually manages this so we will feed that back to them - they should be forwarding any messages to us.

If we can help you with anything else, please let us know.

Yes we did reply to your review, your review and our reply is public for everyone to see - we are not trying to hide anything.

You haven’t received your watch yet because it hasn’t arrived in stock - unfortunately we are still waiting for it to arrive as it is on back order.

We don’t have the buying power of large retailers which means we sometimes have to wait longer stock to arrive.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about that apart from advising customers who need an item sooner to purchase elsewhere.

If you don’t want to believe our explanation that is not a problem - unfortunately TrustPilot don’t allow us to upload files otherwise we would be happy to upload a screenshot showing the failure notice - I will try to send this to you via email now for your reference.

We received your email this morning (02/04/2026) but it still won’t let us reply for some reason, the email is bouncing back so please see our reply below:

Hello,

Unfortunately, as you have already contacted your bank and have advised that a chargeback has already been raised we will now incur a charge - once it has been raised it is not reversible.

We will have to let it take its course as if we issue a refund now the funds will leave our account twice and the refund will duplicate.

We will then have to counter the chargeback to claim the funds back for the duplicate refund.

Therefore, as you have raised a chargeback, we will have to treat this as the refund.

Extremely poor

Wish I'd done my homework and check you out first.

No watch and and no refund - likely scam

Ordered a watch. Did not arrive after multiple emails and 5 months. Requested a refund and was told it was processed but never received the money. Likely a scam or at best a fraudulent service. Avoid at all costs.

They experience was really bad

The experience was really bad, the watch was definitely counterfeit and the packaging was fake as well. They refunded my amount but didnt refund the return postage. The watch had scratches under the transparent coating and the box and cushion was so old and dirty. They dont even offer that great discounts but I really doubt the legitimacy of this business. They do deal with fakes and counterfeits and I am sure of it now after my experience.
Please stay clear of this store and dont order from here the watches are even bad quality for counterfeits

Brought a Tissot in 2023 it stoped…

Brought a Tissot in 2023 it stoped working in late 2026.
I sent the watch to Tissot only to be returned to me with a letter explaining the watch is a fake.
Numerous emails made to them with a lack of response at times.
I have sent the watch back to them for a refund only to be told payment has been made to my account and guess what no payment has been made at all.
Only to be told it’s the banks fault, as of 30/01/26 still no refund!.
Stay well clear of this company……..you will only ever find out is a fake once it breaks and you send it to the manufacturer.

If 0* was available it would be accurately selected

I ordered a watch on 20.11 with Royal Mail First Class delivery and never received it. Multiple emails have been completely ignored.

This level of incompetence and lack of communication is unacceptable. I’ve had to initiate a chargeback because this company clearly doesn’t care about its customers. Avoid at all costs!!

After taking a look at your order I can see that you placed an order for a watch that was out of stock - this is clearly stated on the product information page.

We can't dispatch items if they are not in stock, we have to order them in.

You did email us to ask for a refund but can see that you had already initiated a chargeback prior to requesting a refund.

Therefore, we couldn't issue a refund as the bank was already in the process of recalling the funds for you.

Bought a watch for my fiancé's birthday. I was skeptical at first after seeing mixed reviews but gave it a shot due to the major price difference.
Beware, I did find it strange how the watch was in stock online when I bought it, hence why I paid extra for delivery. Ater not receiving watch and no dispatch email or email to say it was out of stock - I emailed to ask where it was, but had no response. After saying I'd be contacting my bank in another email (as I started to doubt my order as I was already weary when purchasing after seeing reviews) but I then got a response explaining its out of stock but due for delivery but would dispatch tomorrow.

I received my watch as promised and as described. Pleased with the watch. thankyou.

I placed an order on 01/08/2025.

After a week of waiting I sent an email asking where my order is.

I had a reply saying “As this watch was out of stock when you placed the order we have ordered it in for you.

As soon as it arrives we will dispatch it and you should receive a dispatch confirmation email - it should be here well before the end of the month so September should not be an issue”.

I needed the watch for a wedding which is this weekend.

On 14/08 which is another week later I sent an email saying I had not received a dispatch confirmation email and still not received my watch. On 16/08/2025 I received a reply stating

“ Hello, Our distributor has confirmed that our delivery is now on its way to us - it should be here Monday/Tuesday.
As soon as it arrives we will dispatch it and you should receive a dispatch confirmation email”.

I then sent an email on 20/08/2025, stating I still had not received my order and that I was going to have to escalate things if I did not get it.

On 21/08/2025 I received a reply stating
“Hello, We are very sorry it hasn’t arrived as expected - we did say it should be Monday/Tuesday but we didn’t guarantee it would arrive.
It’s very frustrating as we have a number of orders waiting to go out - unfortunately we have no control over the courier.
As soon as it arrives we will dispatch it unless you contact us beforehand to cancel the order”.

I then replied saying I will give them until 27th which is today, if I did not receive it I would ask for a refund.

Funnily enough, as soon as I ask for a refund I have not received a reply to the 5 emails I have sent them over the last 24 hours.

They now want to ignore my emails when I’m asking for my money back due to not receiving the goods I’ve ordered.

Absolute joke of a “small business”, there is a reason it’s not a “big one”.

Con artists

your order number 0029291 , Purchased a watch stating delivery 1-2 days on their website for a special birthday present in early July 2025 , it never arrived and we are over a month further down the line .When you order online you dont get an email confirmation sent to you like all other websites so you are left to wondering how long to wait before chasing . After a week we emailed and made phone calls which all fell on deaf ears I SHOULD OF READ ALL THE REVIEWS FIRST as that tells the same story . They must hope you pay on debit card rather than a creditcard then section 75 doesnt apply so you cant get a refund for non supply . I ve had to complain to my creditcard company who have refunded the full amount and taken the amount back off these people . Now they have seen the monies been took back off them this week they chose now to respond to my email from a month ago , funny that isnt it . Ive left this review today as its my genuine experience and again funnily enough they receive a copy and respond within the hour to trust pilot . They are fully aware of who i am as they have received an email from me today closing the issue once and for all .

I can see that you did send us an email on 10/07/2025 and we didn't reply until 07/08/2025.

We are very sorry about that - we did explain the reason for this in our reply to the email.

The email didn't have an unread marker on it so it went unanswered - someone must have accidentally marked it as read so it went unnoticed until yesterday.

As the watch was out of stock when you placed the order we ordered it in for you - it usually takes 7-10 days for them to arrive but its currently on backorder and is taking longer than this unfortunately.

Your transaction doesn't not have a chargeback flag on it as of now and the bank has not taken the funds back - as far as we are concerned this order is still open.

However, you've already said you've got your money back for this, if you have there is nothing you need to do - the bank will likely notify us within the next few days.

When you place an order you are sent an email automatically providing you provide a correct email address - the order number is also shown on the confirmation page as soon as the transaction is processed.

I've checked all emails sent today and we haven't sent any to anyone called Nick A which is your name on here - therefore we are not fully aware of who you are...

If you have placed an order with us and it didn't arrive, we are very sorry about that but we do reply to all emails - we don't just ignore them on purpose and we always try to resolve issues quickly and to the best of our ability.

If for any reason we didn't reply to you, we are very sorry about that, we are human and emails can be missed or marked as read with no reply.

It doesn't matter whether you place the order on a credit or debit card, you can still file a chargeback.

We get charged £25 when a chargeback is raised, it is not in our interest to receive chargebacks so it is not in our interest to ignore customers - we would much rather resolve any issues via email and if a refund is required we are always happy to refund customers.

Scammers!! They sell fake watches. Avoid.
Despite their reply below, I did indeed send all details to them including order Number and their so called guarantee, but as yet they have not replied.
I also ran the serial number through the Tissot website and it was not recognised.
Again, I say — scammers. Avoid.

We don’t sell fake watches, it differs between brands but all watches come either with a certificate of authenticity or a unique serial number which can be used to verify authenticity online.

I was initially told my Order was out of stock but would be a couple weeks until in stock but however, I was offered a different watch of greater value to compensate, the watch I ordered was for my sons birthday so I asked to keep my original order on the back burner
Within two weeks I received and e mail to say that my order is still pending, then the next day another to say my order is despatched will be delivered in 1-2 days but true to their word my watch was delivered the next day , on the whole great communication and great service

Scammers!!

Scammers!!! Avoid!!! Do NOT order from these!!!

I had ordered a watch for my wife on the 4th May and had paid at the time of purchase.

I have NOT had ANY confirmation emails as stated when I placed the order, nor have I had any communication from them.
And NO sign of the watch I ordered.

My emails went unanswered and my calls were all ignored.

I’ve since had to contact the bank to inform them of this issue and provided all evidence of the purchase and my attempts to contact the company, so I can get my money back!

I highly recommend avoiding this company to save you having to go through the same ordeal!

First of all we are not scammers.

You sent us 1 email which did go unanswered until today - the email was marked as read by someone who didn’t answer the email, and then they must have forgot to then mark it as unread.

Therefore, it went unanswered and unnoticed - we only saw the email after we saw this review.

If you had sent us another email, it’s very likely we would have replied, it’s not very often that emails go unanswered.

We are very sorry that we didn’t reply to your first email, that was an error on our part and had you sent another we would have seen the email and replied.

We are a small family run business who are trying to provide a good service with cheap prices - usually the cheapest around.

Sometimes we have to order watches in for customers which can take a little time.

When customers contact their bank to get their money back rather than contacting us first (although I know you did send an email) we are charged a fee which has a large financial impact on our small business.

If you’d like to discuss o your order further, please reply to the email we sent you this morning.

You claimed to have received a counterfeit watch so we asked you to return it so we could take a look.

Upon receipt of your return we investigated and found that it was not the same watch we sent to you.

We received your chargeback and so we let the bank handle the case.

The bank requested evidence which we provided.

The bank don't just take our word for it, they need evidence - if they are not refunding you then that clearly means they agree with the evidence provided.

What on earth are you talking about?

You placed an order just after 3pm today (01/04/2025).

You then emailed us just over an hour later asking to cancel your order and wanted us to bank transfer you a refund.

We can’t do that, we have to refund back on to the card used for payment.

We processed the refund at 4:53pm and confirmed this by email.

You then sent us another email at 5:47pm asking if you’ll get a full refund - we emailed back at 6:11pm advising that we have already processed the refund.

So why have you now written us a negative review stating no customer service and we haven’t answered you - we’ve sent you multiple emails and you have been answering them?

Not sure what else you want from us…

I am sorry if it was showing as in stock - it’s not showing as in stock when I have checked and it shouldn’t have been in stock when you placed the order.

If you still want the watch we will dispatch it as soon as it arrives in stock.

Alternatively, we have other watches available and in stock available for immediate dispatch if you’d like to exchange it.

You sent us an email on Friday asking for an update regarding your order.

In the email you provided the order number 00209087 which isn’t valid - we emailed you back asking you to double check your order number and you then didn’t email us back.

I have just taken a look into this and your order number is actually 29087 - you added an extra zero which is why we couldn’t find your order.

The watch you ordered is currently out of stock as per the product information page - it has been ordered in for you and it will be dispatched as soon as it arrives back in stock.

This usually takes around 5-7 working days.
