After the order I instantly received an e-mail that they are ready to ship the package. The e-mail was not auto generated, the owner himself took the time to thank me for my order. Within a week I got the package, no problems appeared. I’m really grateful, I had the same necklace but it got stolen in Italy. I’m happy there was one of this beautiful jewelery left in the world somewhere! Thank you!

I have bought an expensive watch for my husband’s birthday & was not told about any potential charges that might occur, however just had a letter saying I owe custom chargers of £113 for this item to be delivered & is being held at a local sorting office this has now put me in a very difficult situation of having to maybe sent items back , contacted seller and nobody has got back to me as yet … would never use this seller again

Do not buy from here!!!! If buying from UK, you will have to pay extra custom charge on top! And they do not make this clear on their website!

Order a watch trough minto came trough them as i send multiple mails i didn´t got response , watch didn´t got serial number on it or in the service papers as i went to check on plein cite they assured me it needs to be there but on watchroom package there wasn´t .Really bad customer service

i’m not sure why there are so many/ any good reviews? i checked trustpilot and saw all the glowing reviews and purchased a watch - it’s fake and also got hit with a close to £100 customs charge.

also zero communication. they replied to my emails until i purchased and told me shipping would be within a few days (forgot how many they said it happened so long ago) and when it didn’t arrive i emailed and they just never replied

i investigated and found a number to call - it didn’t work, found another one - the lady didn’t speak english and all she could say was their email.

paypal wouldn’t refund me either

honestly do not waste your time this company needs to be shut down and don’t believe the good reviews i really regret doing so

they sell fakes, it’s not legit.

TLDR: ITS A SCAM DO NOT BUY

It’s been over 3 weeks since ordering my watch and have now found out I have to pay just under £100 customs duties before parcel force deliver.
Be warned if you are purchasing from DE to GB you will have to pay the custom duties at 20% on purchase price
