Sold Tag Heuer Carrera through watchmaster. The administrative process was explained clearly and support was quickly there for questions. Had to wait a few months for the watch to sell but this was not a problem and was paid very quickly after sale

Recently purchased a JLC Reverso Squadra. Top notch service. Really fast and professional and had the best price by far. Definitely would deal with them again

To be honest I was a bit sceptical about selling my watch this way but have to say that having done so I was completely satisfied with the outcome.
I got more money than I expected which is always a pleasant surprise.
The sale took three months from start to finish and would definitely use them again in the future.
The communication throughout was spot on and they are very professional.

Money was bank transferred no issue. My watch took 8 weeks from valuation to the proceeds being in my bank.

Purchased a watch from them on Chrono24. I ended up cancelling the transaction 4 weeks after I bought it because they had still not sent it. It was if they did not even have the watch to sell. Terrible customer service. If I ran a business like this I would not have any customers. Very bad service.

Bought a Rolex deep sea the price was unbelievably good for this watch compared to other companies. Received very quickly slight problem but was resolved quickly.

My Rolex was only 3 years old but the ‘grape red’ dial has since been withdrawn and it had gone up in value. Watchmaster were excellent in securing a very good price and kept me updated on progress.
