This is a frudulent company based in UAE. send you fake products. I bought a watch, No order confirmation was sent but money was taken. I contacted them and asked them to cancel the order and refund the money back. They told me fine but later told me watch has been despached. A month later watch arrived when I was out of country and watch was fake. I asked them I want to return the watch and they told me I cannot becuase it has to be within a certain period. Now I have contacted my bank to claim my refund.

One star is far to good for a company that doesn’t deliver products or refunds,then offer a £15 voucher, pay the money you owe and keep the voucher as why would you want to buy again after receiving nothing 😡

I bought a Tissot watch for £430 from Watchlyx. Tissot examined it and confirmed it was 100%counterfeit. They confirmed Watchlyx are not an approved supplier of theirs & every watch they’ve ever examined that was sold by them was fake. They explained that they buy one genuine watch and copy that serial number on all counterfeit watches so when you register it, you think it’s real but if you send for any repairs you’ll be told it’s fake. Their website claims they have an address in Holborn London, when they’re based overseas. The customer service line is a chat bot telling you the same generic lines over and over again. They’ll send you a refund with 48 hours. I’m still waiting 7 months later. I couldn’t get my money back through Visa /my bank, as it was delivered late and then by the time I obtained the proof it was fake, it was out of time to claim. So I’ve lost £430 and got a fake watch I could have bought from Turkey for £75. If you have bought from them there is a high chance yours is fake. Most search makers will have an authentication service. It’s disgusting that a company can be allowed to operate in this way.

I purchased a Tag Heuer Autavia from this 'company'. It took forever to arrive and it was impossible to track the delivery. It left the UK, supposedly, went to Germany then China, then Sydney, before arriving weeks later in Perth WA. The parcel was left outside my front door with no signature. On opening the parcel I noticed straight away that the watch was in the wrong box. Looking at the watch, the crown was misaligned and the 12 was off centre. Alarm bells were ringing. The bracelet was sharp on the edges and the quick release mechanism did not work properly.
Got in touch, via email, with someone called Amy, who I don't think is real. Assured me that all their watches were authentic! Waited for them to initiate the return process but never happened.
Took the watch to Tag AD and although they don't normally get involved with authentication as company policy, the lovely gentleman had a look and as soon as he looked up at me, he confirmed my fears.
The watch had a Tag Heuer serial number on it and when checked on their system, it belonged to a watch sold in New York, years before.
So, I've lost my money and have a watch that I could have purchased for $100, if I wanted to by a copy.
The crazy thing is Watchlyx.com are still trading and selling the same watch for around $1000 dollars more as I type this.
Do yourself a favour, RUN

Watch arrived on time exactly as described very pleased with the watch customer support and tracking good. Will be using again.

Beware: Fake watches! I bought two Tag watches from Watchlyx, and when I tried to sell one of them on eBay, it failed authentication. The company's UK address does not exist and they use an AI bot for emails. Complete scammers. Should not be allowed to continue trading.

I ordered a Burberry BU9902 Men's Gunmetal Grey Chronograph 42mm Watch from this watchlyx and the watch is not working. I emailed them 3 times, and they emailed back and promised will replace the watch but those promises never came. Now, I have a dead watch. it really wastes money and time to contact them. They will email you and sweet talk but please do not believe what they emailed you. It was all lie. It is nice if they can exchange, refund my money or partial refund of it but they never offer anything. I don't even know this company really selling authentic or fake watch and it locate oversea.

Avoid these scums, ive ordered a watch 4 months ago still haven’t received it and they wont reply to emails too, keep on delaying saying well check with the courier and get back its been months

Not happy at all
Once I placed my order tried so many times to contact them but no response.
I tried through live chat, email , telephone and even instagram but no one never replied back to me . Also they haven’t sent any confirmation email or order number to me and they haven’t deliver my order .

After more than 4 months’ hassle and frustration I have finally got my refund - but only because my credit card company (Tesco Bank) took up the fight. Watchlyx are a company without morals who never hesitate to promise you the earth but never deliver. If you’re reading this because you’ve been scammed by them, contact your credit card company and request a ‘charge back’. It’ll take a few weeks before you get your money back but it will take a lot longer to get it from Watchlyx and there’s a fair chance you’ll not get a penny from them.

Unfortunately like most on here you can't leave no stars, this company is a scam and I feel totally stupid for even thinking I'd get watch, I've had to escalate this with my funds provider to claim this money back,
Initially when you place your order you receive a warranty, receipt etc and it all looks good. Then it all goes downhill from there, after 6 days I received an email to say my watch had left the warehouse and I would get a tracking number, nothing for 3 days then another email to say my watch hasn't been dispatched it's in the preparation stage and it's been like this for 31 days, I've rang them countless times and all you get is AI Bot Amy been all polite and understanding and promising to escalate this further or say that they'll ring you.
Nope nothing, so if you really don't want to spend a month waiting for a watch that doesn't turn up then ignore this review or countless ones before,
Feeling gullible yes, ripped off yes,

They've been promising me a refund within 24-48 hours, for 7 months. Every time I point this out they say something like "We understand your frustration. This will be resolved within 24-48 hours." Then nothing happens.

Fraudulent company!! avoid avoid avoid!!

Placed an order with this company on the 7th of April, 10th of April receive an email stating my order was despatched with tracking information, a few days later I checked the tracking info to see it related to a parcel that had already been delivered months ago, I contacted via email and was advised this was incorrect and my order hadn’t actually been despatched.

29th of April and after reading multiple reviews of this company that unfortunately I hadn’t found until after I placed my order I have sent numerous emails requesting my order to be cancelled, called the number on their website and one of their “specialists” was meant to contact me, that hasn’t happened, most of my emails have been ignored until I receive an email today stating I need to wait for my parcel to be delivered to then return it for a refund but it’s yet to even be despatched so have zero confidence it will ever get delivered

Couldn't give a 0 star or l would have. Bought a Emporio Armani watch for a Christmas present from these rogues, was faulty on delivery, reported the fault only to get AI or automated response, 15 emails or so and still not sorted. They said it was passed to their investigation department who sent an email then sent an email asking how satisfied l was with the outcome? They did f all and now it's April and still not sorted.

Criminals! I ordered a watch in December - it never arrived. They took my money. Each time I message them they say they'll look into it and contact me and never do! THis has been going on for 5 months and no watch and no money.

This company are nothing other than a fraudulent organisation I paid in full for a watch I never received they told me they would cancel the order at my request as the watch was “lost in transit” they never sent me a refund so my bank fought them with my proof and got my refund to find they are now sending me threatening emails to pay for a watch I never GOT in the first place and that I never returned it even though they confirmed it was lost in transit and offered a replacement which I didn’t trust or a cancellation for refund on my order which I took they are just downright dishonest I would highly recommend that anyone thinking of purchasing from this company please DO NOT as it took over 3 months for my bank to get my full refund which had to be a chargeback as they would not refund. A pure nightmare to date still sending emails this happened in December 25 I only got my money returned to my bank end of march 26. E Devoy

I absolutely would never recommend this company to anyone.I have been trying to return a faulty Burberry watch since December- but as they won’t update their portal to say I ever received it, it is proving impossible. I have now been refunded by my credit card company and they are threatening me with legal action despite my many attempts to contact them to return it. What a joke! Just get replies from bots that contradict themselves. Dreadful communication and customer service.

Avoid purchasing ANYTHING from this company. I ordered at watch for my wife at a cost of over £700, the watch never arrived - they are now threatening to take me to court for not paying for the watch (they issued a refund as it was confirmed as lost in transit by the courier) I have repeatedly asked for proof of delivery which they've ignored (because it wasn't delivered so they're is no proof of delivery) their actions have caused my family nothing but stress and harassment and we're having to take the legal route to stop it - Ive never been treated like this by a company in my life, avoid!
