We do want to clarify a couple of points for transparency. Our subscription clearly states that watches are valued up to a certain amount, and we work with partner brands that often run their own promotions independently. That said, we understand how this can sometimes feel disappointing if the style or perceived value isn’t what you were hoping for.

Regarding your concern about support, we did offer a resolution to help make things right, including an exchange option, and we would have covered the return shipping in this case. We’re sorry if that wasn’t clear during communication.

When determining the value of a watch, it's essential to consider all these factors collectively but we understand that if you’re finding similar models elsewhere for less down the line, it can undermine the perceived value and overall experience. That’s not the impression we want to leave.

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. We understand how frustrating it can be when the appearance of a watch changes unexpectedly, especially on a piece you were excited to own.

As both our team and the manufacturer explained, slight variation or oxidation in lume can occur over time and does not impact the functionality or performance of the watch. That said, we recognize that aesthetics are an important part of ownership, and we appreciate you sharing your feedback.

Because this model has been discontinued by the manufacturer, replacement components are unfortunately no longer available. While we were unable to provide the resolution you were hoping for outside the coverage window, we did make every effort to review the case with our operations team and coordinate directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.

We value all customer feedback and will continue working with our brand partners to ensure the best possible experience for collectors and enthusiasts alike.

After requesting additional details, we were unfortunately unable to match the provided email address with any active or recent account. While we did locate accounts under the same name, there have been no shipments associated with them since 2021.
