Brilliant Watch
Brilliant Watch, exactly as described and as good as new (only the bracelet has some play, but that is to be expected for a 20 year old watch). Good and fast communication before the sale and fast shipping (under a week from the UK via Munich to Hamburg, Germany).

Perfect and reliable Service
My first, but certainly not the last, order from Watchfinder. A consistently reliable service from order processing to receiving the goods. The watch itself arrived in pristine condition. The telephone contact during the dispatch was customer-oriented and friendly.

They could have done way better
The condition of the watch was titled "very good". I bought it and paid for it. 12 days later I still haven't heard anything, so I called. They said it was still on the way and they wouldn't normally inform their customers during shipping. So I waited. Finally the watch arrived and I instantly noticed a crack on the side of the glas. I called the office and they told me, that they have inspected it and haven't seen anything wrong but I could return the watch. Nothing about being sorry. The next day an email arrived saying, that I was supposed to ship it abroad on at my own cost and my own risk. I called the office again. After arguing they send me a ticket, so I could return the watch at their cost. They send a receipt, that the watch arrived, was to be inspected and they would refund me within a couple of days. Nothing happened. After 2 weeks I called again and they send me an email and then finally refunded. I wonder, what would have happened if I haven't called them again and again. I will never even consider buying there again.
